Villa del Lobos is a 15-minute walk from Playa Nuevo Nayarit, the beach, and nearby restaurants. This spacious, two-story canal-side home offers privacy, a large yard, a patio, and a heated swimming pool.

Upon arrival, enjoy complimentary bottled water, popcorn, and soda in the media room. For those working remotely, the home includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk area. The primary bedroom features a California king mattress and a large soaking tub.

• An exceptional chef team can come to the house to prepare meals. This is ideal for evenings when you want to stay in and enjoy time together while someone else handles the shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
• Additional services may be available, including house cleaning, massage arrangements, personal training sessions, and more. Ask about specific requests.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, except for one locked owner's closet upstairs.

Airport Transportation

• Uber drivers are not permitted to pick up passengers from the airport. We recommend taking a taxi to the property upon arrival.
• Be cautious when leaving the airport's customs area. Many people will welcome you to Puerto Vallarta with drinks and treats while attempting to sign you up for a timeshare or resort presentation. Unless you are interested, simply ignore them until you are outside the airport doors. You can say, “No, gracias.”
• Legitimate taxi services are available near the exit doors and outside the airport.
• If you choose to attend a presentation, you may receive a complimentary breakfast and free event passes. However, plan to spend most of the day there, as the presentation takes at least three hours.

House Maintenance

• The gardeners and pool service technician follow a regular schedule and arrive early in the morning. The schedule will be provided after booking so you will know when to expect pool maintenance.
• The house will be clean and supplied with fresh linens and towels upon arrival.
• Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay upon request.
