Large one bedroom ground floor apt in the heart of Panama's Colonial Quarters. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed in the living, sleeps four comfortably, a play crib for babies, clean, WIFI, patio, close to restaurants and historic sites. This area is very quiet. The space Bedroom has a king size bed and living room has a queen size sofa bed. Sleeps 4, but it’s possible to put a blow up mattress. There is a crib for babies. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots / pans, spices. Hot water to shower. 2 air conditioners. Outdoor patio newly remodeled with separate washer and drier (laundry detergent included). Private entrance. Guest access Small building so it has no social area but it does have a private patio with plants. Smokers can smoke there, not in the apartment please.

Úrsula's apartment is in a pretty ideal location to tour the old town of Panama, close to restaurants and tourist spots in the old town. He communicated quite well with us, was accessible and quite friendly before, during and after the stay. Recommended for families or couples. It will surely be a good experience in the old town of Panama.

A little empathic and courteous communication from the host. I felt uncomfortable even before I arrived but I had already been charged so I couldn't cancel. The appliances that are maintained do not work (oven, coffee maker). It was horrible to spend the stay looking at the ceiling because there was no remote for the TV, I reported the situation and it was not resolved. Upon arrival at the accommodation we were startled because the keys were not in the box, bewildered waiting outside, someone from the street called the young man who was still inside cleaning at 3pm, even though they had confirmed prior to the reservation that I could enter at 2:00. Anyway...
