Guest Access
Please provide the full names of all guests staying in the apartment, along with vehicle details (make and license plates). This information is required to send an authorization email.
Upon arrival at La Isla, guests must register at the clubhouse. A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 pesos is required at check-in.
All adults will receive wristbands that must be worn while in common areas and when walking outside on foot. Only 10 wristbands will be issued, as children under 14 years old do not require them.
Other Important Information
- The apartment can host a maximum of 10 adults over 14 years old. There are no restrictions for children.
- The space comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 6 minors.
- The beach club is free to use; however, food and drinks are not included and must be paid for in cash on-site.
- Access to other pools requires a prepaid card, which can be loaded at the Emerald reception. This card is provided along with wristbands at the clubhouse.
- Daily cleaning service is available as an option.

We really enjoyed the apartment. There is a lot to do. The kids loved the pool with slides and the pool with water games for the little ones. The pools on the beach and the one just below the apartment are very nice. The restaurant and snack bar services on the beach are great. Very friendly people. In the apartment, we were able to use the sink and the washer and dryer without any problem. Very agreeable, very well equipped :)

The apartment is superbly located, it is nice and large, although we found many issues with the cleanliness (dirty stove, the top of the refrigerator was covered in dust, there were even parts of a board game, the bathrooms had signs of lack of cleanliness on the faucets and there was hair on the floor). The common areas are superbly located. The pools and the beach really saved everything. Additionally, we had a problem with the electricity. The day we arrived, there was no electricity and at the front desk, they informed us of a lack of payment. We had to make a payment at night, which the host later refunded to us, but it was an issue since he didn't answer us until the early morning and the girl in charge never took our call until the next day, when the issue was resolved. We also didn't have access to Wi-Fi, so while we were in the house, we had to use our data and connect to other networks to have a good time.

We loved it. The beach club is divine, surrounded by nature, and that makes it super special. The staff is very friendly. It's very family-friendly and we loved that as a family. Plus, it has a dishwasher. We would definitely go back 🥰

Very quiet area and apartment. Alfonso was very friendly at all times and responded quickly. Close to the beach. Nice and well-kept apartment. The only negative point would be the cleaning girl. When we were leaving, she got upset with us for not hiring her service, since we took care of cleaning the apartment.

Second time staying at Adolfo's property, this time with my friends. As always, the apartment was in perfect condition, very spacious, and great for large groups.
