Most of our guests are women marking special occasions, and our expert team is here to plan everything for you—from beach clubs and private chefs to complete itineraries. Spacious Villa with Open Concept Design

Enjoy over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space in this comfortable three-level villa. It’s perfect for large groups but also cozy enough for smaller gatherings, offering plenty of opportunities to connect and spend time together.

The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, with easy access to beautiful outdoor spaces. Whether you’re cooking, dining, or relaxing, you can do so as one happy and relaxed group.

Living Area, Kitchen & Dining

If you prefer to prepare your own meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and ample space. Alternatively, you can have your hosts arrange a private chef to prepare meals while you relax at the large dining table or unwind in the living room watching the 75-inch TV.

VIP Concierge Service

Your VIP experience begins before arrival. Once you book, the Casa Vida Team will provide detailed information about the villa, directions, and available luxury services. We assist in creating your itinerary, booking restaurants, bars, and must-see locations.

Upon arrival, a team member will give you a tour of the impressive property and share recommendations for activities in Tulum and the surrounding area.

Outdoor Space

Head to the rooftop to discover one of the villa’s standout features: an open-air lounge with an infinity pool, spacious cabanas, beanbags, and sun loungers. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking up the sun.

The rooftop bar is perfect for afternoon cocktails or evening drinks under the stars. Enjoy uninterrupted views of Tulum’s breathtaking sunrises and sunsets—the perfect backdrop for your daily group photos.

Additionally, there are three separate balconies offering more outdoor areas to relax and take in the scenery.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Six Bedrooms

All six bedrooms are beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable. The villa includes:

• 3 master bedrooms with king-size beds
• 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and access to a private balcony, allowing you to start your day by stepping outside into the fresh air.

The newest bedroom at the rear of the villa is an elegant, modern space with large windows that fill the room with natural light and provide garden views. It features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and direct access to the back patio.

Seven Bathrooms

With seven bathrooms spread across three floors, you won’t have to wait to get ready. Each bathroom includes luxurious showers, soft towels, and toiletries for all guests to enjoy.

Additional Amenities

• Parking: Two parking spaces are available at the villa. Additional parking is available on the street, provided you do not block driveways or other properties.
• Remote Working: High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the villa for work or staying connected with friends and family.
• Televisions: The main living area features a 75-inch TV. Five other bedrooms include 65-inch TVs, perfect for watching movies or streaming services.
• Security: Located in a safe and popular neighborhood, the villa also has a security guard on duty at night to ensure your peace of mind.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces and parking areas, for the duration of their stay. Please remember to remove your shoes before entering the villa.

Location

Casa Vida is situated in Aldea Zama, one of the safest and most prestigious neighborhoods in the heart of the Tulum jungle. This location is ideal for group getaways or longer vacations, with many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The beach is just a five-minute drive away, and Tulum town is easily reachable on foot.

Nearby attractions include:

• Zamanik Night Club
• Spider Sushi
• Fight Club (boxing gym)

With two parking spaces at the villa and additional street parking nearby, driving is convenient. Once here, many destinations are accessible by walking or cycling. Alternatively, the Casa Vida Team can arrange transportation to any location, including beach clubs and restaurants.

Car and scooter rentals are also available and often more cost-effective than taxis, which tend to be expensive in Tulum.
