The hosts are very responsive. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered within 5 minutes. We asked for recommendations on uber eats and several options were sent within minutes. After we checked out, the hosts helped us organize where we could hold our luggage before heading to the airport. You get the convenience of staying at a hotel with the privacy of staying in your own apartment.

We had a great stay at Fernando's place. Everything was centrally located. We walked to museums, restaurants and parks. We will stay at his place again.

Fernando's place is in a great location in Roma Norte, with numerous restaurants, shops and sights nearby. It is a bustling area (and noisy) so we appreciated the earplugs the host left for guests. The space itself is just as it appears in the photos - it is spacious and well kept. We found it very comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishware, as well as bottled water and snacks (payment on the honor system). We really appreciated having the snacks and water already on site. There weren't many condiments (other than salt & pepper) so plan to stock up on your own. It was also great to have a washer and dryer, an elevator (that comes right to the door) and outside space with great views. The communication from Fernando and his co-hosts was also helpful and friendly.

Great location and a fantastic team of hosts who are very responsive and helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Mexico City.

Great condo. As others have mentioned, the location is unbeatable - easy to access both Roma Norte and Condesa. Responsive friendly hosts, and the stocked fridge was super convenient. Firm comfy beds. Looks very much like the pictures and having 24hr door service makes it very safe and secure. We did not use the rooftop patio altho it was nice to have that option. Full sized, modern washer and dryer an added plus. We are a family of five (adult kids) and truly enjoyed our five nights in CDMX in July. Yes it’s the rainy season but the mornings and early afternoons were sun filled with perfect temps. Just need to carry an umbrella in the afternoon. Would stay here again.

The apartment was perfect and the team that manages the property is outstanding. Axel is amazing. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve used, not just in CDMX, this experience has been the absolute best.

Beautiful, clean and a Great location in a walkable area with many restaurants nearby. Fernando was very responsive to any requests. The honor bar was so convenient and stocked. I highly recommend staying here.
