A very nice place with plenty of room and all the modern conveniences. It's located on a street with a fair amount of traffic and appears to be a favorite place for motorcyclists to do tricks on weekends. Otherwise, it is very convenient to stores and the public park on the lake. We saw howler monkeys on the short walk to the lake which was very cool! The Kitchen is great to cook meals and the beds were comfy. A great place to hang for a week!

Very nice little house, perfect for couples or small families. Very close to the lake park, where you can take a dip or enjoy the view.

Marynes is an exceptional host whose responses were always prompt and attentive. Her knowledge of the area, along with her willingness to share local insights, was outstanding, and the private tours she provided greatly enhanced our experience. The home was very clean and featured comfortable beds. It was offered at an excellent price point, and the covered deck was a wonderful place to relax during the rain. The location also provided easy access to shopping and the lake, making it both convenient and enjoyable.

The bed was comfortable. The shower has plenty of hot water. There is a nice breeze from the back door to the front door. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the birds.

I stayed a little over a month here and had a great time! Marynes is such a responsive host from the start - the first night she gave me a tour of the town and several recommendations. The tours I ended up doing with her were great and she always made sure we had a fun time; she always had a positive attitude and went out of her way to answer any questions/solve any issues :) The place is in a lovely spot - a quiet neighborhood where you can see birds outside your window but it is close to the road so you will hear cars/motorcycles throughout the day. I worked remotely (full time) throughout my entire stay and the wifi worked great! Hot water and washer were amazing. I ended up walking to town and most places (everything is within 15-20 mins), but it is a very hilly area so keep that in mind. Restaurants are within easy walking distance and the lake was only a five minute walk or so - easy to get to for sunsets every day :)

The house fits the description well. It has been decorated to make the space more welcoming. It was very well equipped, the towels were in sufficient number, the soap smelled good. You can feel the small touches of the host. The ceiling height and the back balcony are a plus that makes the place still look spacious. The small negative is the noise from the road because of the small ventilation windows that do not close totally, the motorcycles/cars run fast and it has woken our baby several times. We enjoyed the location in relation to the city and the activities.
