The villa is located 5 minutes from the Nautical Club and 12 minutes from the village of Darién.

The Space

Finca Mónaco is a private contemporary villa built in 2025. The property includes 890 square meters of construction on 5,000 square meters of private land, with privileged views of Lake Calima and the surrounding mountains.

At the entrance, a Buddha water fountain sculpture creates a peaceful first impression. Throughout the property, nature, modern design, and comfort come together to provide a relaxing escape.

The modern living room is located on the second floor. Large windows fill the space with natural light while offering spectacular views of the lake and mountains.

Bathroom supplies are provided as an initial welcome set. Once these supplies run out, guests are responsible for restocking them, as the property operates as a vacation rental rather than a hotel.

Important Information Before Booking

• The villa has two floors and internal stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with severe mobility limitations.
• There is no washing machine on the property.
• Breakfast service is not included.
• No crib or high chair is available.
• The area is completely quiet, with no street noise, traffic, or nearby bars.

Guest Access

The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay. Guests have private access to:

Restricted Area

The estate’s hangar is off-limits to guests. It stores tools and equipment reserved for authorized estate staff.

Check-In

Check-in is conducted in person with a personal handover.

• The caretaker lives on the property and is available 24/7.
• Upon arrival, the caretaker will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.
• Exact arrival directions and the meeting point will be sent through the Airbnb app on the day of booking.
• Late arrivals are accommodated, as the caretaker will be available regardless of the arrival time.

Accessibility

• Suitable for children of all ages, with permanent pool supervision required
• Suitable for older adults staying on the ground floor
• Not suitable for guests with severe mobility limitations because the villa has two floors and internal stairs only
• No crib or high chair available

House Rules and Additional Information

Guest Registration

The exact number of guests must be registered when making the reservation. The guest count will be verified upon arrival.

• Maximum capacity: 26 guests

For groups of more than 16 guests, an additional fee of COP 120,000 per person, per night applies to each guest from the 17th person onward.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in: Subject to availability; request through the app before arrival
• Late check-out: Request through the app in advance
• Early check-in or late check-out: COP 90,000 per hour or USD 25 per hour

Pets

Pets are welcome under the following conditions:

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Access Road

The property is reached via a clearly marked path within a villa community. It is not a dirt road and is accessible to small vehicles. The entrance is located on the main road, so no detours or uphill driving through the community are required to reach the condominium.
