The space The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Enjoy a spacious, bright, and airy living room, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family, along with a fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel right at home. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, ideal for long stays or worry-free getaways. And the best part: a balcony with a spectacular view, where you can unwind in the private jacuzzi and enjoy a great meal on the outdoor grill. Guest access -Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a registration link through Hospy. This process is mandatory under Colombian Migration regulations and allows us to register all guests for safety and to coordinate your access with the building administration. We kindly ask you to complete it as soon as possible. -A picture/information/photocopy of your passport will be required before check-in. You must also present your original physical passport or Colombian ID (Cédula) at the time of check-in. -Check-ins are from 3:00 p.m. onwards. There may be some flexibility on certain days (if the apartment is not occupied). -If you are traveling with a minor, additional documentation may be required, such as a birth certificate and notarized travel authorizations when applicable. We recommend consulting a Colombian consulate for guidance if you are traveling with children. -Our co-host is available during the day at the building's front desk and will contact you a few days before check-in to confirm that you’ve completed the registration form sent to you after booking. This registration is required to authorize your access with the building’s administration. If you arrive during the day, the co-host will be there to welcome you in person. If you arrive at night, the co-host will send you all the necessary information in advance so you can do a self check-in. The building has 24-hour security, so there will always be someone available to assist you if needed. Other things to note Important: All visitors must carry their physical identification document, ID card if they are Colombian or passport if they are foreigners, they must present it at security upon entry.
