The Space

This unique and stylish house offers a warm atmosphere with breathtaking ocean vistas and a distinctive character. Located in the district of Tárcoles, Garabito County, Province of Puntarenas, it is approximately 90 minutes from San José. The area features lush tropical forests, pristine white sand beaches, and emerald-green Pacific waters.

The beach is easily accessible on foot. The property includes a private swimming pool with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing while watching and listening to a variety of colorful birds. Morning is the best time for birdwatching, as the peaceful environment allows you to fully enjoy their melodic songs. You can step out onto the deck or take a walk to observe some of the local bird species native to Punta Leona.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms, five beds, and two full bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV with Netflix, fast and free WiFi, free parking, a dining room, and an outdoor social area on the patio where you can enjoy sunsets while barbecuing or having a cocktail.

The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected before and after each stay using high-quality cleaning products.

Guest Access

The house is divided into three distinct sections, and guests will have exclusive access to the areas marked with a red star in the photos. The remaining section of the house will not be rented during your stay, ensuring privacy and exclusive use.

• First Floor: Living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and individual air conditioning units, plus one full bathroom.
• Downstairs Studio: A spacious 50-square-meter studio featuring a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and three beds (one queen and two singles). This studio also has its own air conditioning unit.

These spaces comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

• The house is about a 1.5-hour drive from San José Airport.
• For fishing enthusiasts, Los Sueños Marina is just 20 minutes away. It is a full-service port catering to luxury sport fishing boats and yachts.
• Golf lovers can visit La Iguana Golf Course, featuring 18 championship holes, a 73.4 course rating, par 72, and slope 145. The 6,698-yard Ted Robinson-designed course offers an exceptional golfing experience.
• Jaco, located 25 minutes away, offers vibrant nightlife and excellent dining options.
• Playa Hermosa is also nearby and worth exploring.

Important Information

• The house is located inside Club Punta Leona, a gated community with exclusive amenities reserved for members, including parking spaces. Airbnb guests do not have access to these club facilities.
• The community is secured by three security checkpoints and private roads.
• Mini-markets within the club are open to everyone, and there are numerous quality restaurants outside the club.
• Club Punta Leona security requires all residents to provide the full names and identification numbers of all guests using the private roads and passing through security checkpoints. To comply, guests must submit this information before check-in.
• Acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license, passport, state ID, or gym ID, as long as they contain a photo. Copies or images of IDs are not required, only the ID numbers.
