The Space
This unique and stylish house offers a warm atmosphere with breathtaking ocean vistas and a distinctive character. Located in the district of Tárcoles, Garabito County, Province of Puntarenas, it is approximately 90 minutes from San José. The area features lush tropical forests, pristine white sand beaches, and emerald-green Pacific waters.
The beach is easily accessible on foot. The property includes a private swimming pool with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing while watching and listening to a variety of colorful birds. Morning is the best time for birdwatching, as the peaceful environment allows you to fully enjoy their melodic songs. You can step out onto the deck or take a walk to observe some of the local bird species native to Punta Leona.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms, five beds, and two full bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV with Netflix, fast and free WiFi, free parking, a dining room, and an outdoor social area on the patio where you can enjoy sunsets while barbecuing or having a cocktail.
The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected before and after each stay using high-quality cleaning products.
Guest Access
The house is divided into three distinct sections, and guests will have exclusive access to the areas marked with a red star in the photos. The remaining section of the house will not be rented during your stay, ensuring privacy and exclusive use.

Important Information
- The house is located inside Club Punta Leona, a gated community with exclusive amenities reserved for members, including parking spaces. Airbnb guests do not have access to these club facilities.
- The community is secured by three security checkpoints and private roads.
- Mini-markets within the club are open to everyone, and there are numerous quality restaurants outside the club.
- Club Punta Leona security requires all residents to provide the full names and identification numbers of all guests using the private roads and passing through security checkpoints. To comply, guests must submit this information before check-in.
- Acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license, passport, state ID, or gym ID, as long as they contain a photo. Copies or images of IDs are not required, only the ID numbers.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The house looks exactly like the photos – no clever angles or misleading pictures. The location is fantastic, with diving possible right from the beach. We also really enjoyed the barbecue and grilling some great steaks. A beautiful, comfortable place that we would definitely recommend.

We finished our exploration of Costa Rica at Carolina and Guillermo's place. And what a wonderful end of stay! The space is designed for relaxation! It goes without saying that the highlight is its exterior with the pool and the sea view. But the interior is just as nice (well equipped, comfortable bedding), as is the proximity to the beach. And the little extra: without leaving the terrace, you have the chance to observe birds, iguanas, and even raccoons. Carolina and Guillermo were very attentive, both before our arrival and during our stay (in fact, we encountered a problem with the air conditioning, which was repaired in record time). A great experience, we would recommend it without hesitation!

The place is beautiful, just as seen in the photos! The check-in instructions are very clear and access was very easy. Communication was immediate when we had questions. We found everything we needed for cooking and the grill! Everything was amazing! Highly recommended!

Wow! Wow! Thats all we had to say, and that’s what you will be say as you arrive at this epic home. It’s the total package! Incredible view and outdoor space, pool, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, incredible beach within walking distance, clean/modern bathrooms and kitchens. This place is a dream! One of our favorite AirBnbs ever! Worth every penny, and then some!

The stay was exactly what we were looking for: privacy, tranquility and freedom for the kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular and the beach is beautiful. Although we had rain, we never had major problems with electricity. Communication with Caro and Guille was excellent; they were always attentive and available, which gives you a lot of peace of mind. A tip for future guests: don't underestimate raccoons. They are very curious and mischievous neighbors who can surprise you if you leave food outside. They gave us a couple of scares, but also a lot of laughs, and they were part of an unforgettable experience! We would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our short visit to the area. We really enjoyed the amazing views from the edge of the property and the wonderful bbq area. Cocktails watching the sunrise and sunset (and surfers) was a highlight of our trip. Thank you Carolina and Guillermo!
