The villa is only 100 yards from Pedregal Beach and situated within the secure, guard-gated community of Pedregal. This location offers both tranquility and easy access to Cabo San Lucas's lively dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
The villa provides luxurious comfort and modern amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring the area or simply relaxing while enjoying the sun and scenery.
The Space
Welcome to your home away from home, Vista del Mar! This stunning 3,000-square-foot residence features:

- Accommodates up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children; not designed for 10 adults)
- Located on the Pacific side of Pedregal, offering spectacular sunsets, whale watching, marine life, and views of fishing boats
- Fully furnished with custom designer paint, fabrics, furniture, linens, and finishes
- Updated great-room concept combining a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area
The home is part of Pedregal, known as the Beverly Hills of Cabo, featuring architecturally impressive homes ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 square feet.

The villa includes four bedrooms located downstairs:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and oceanfront views
- Second master with a queen bed and a pullout sofa, also oceanfront
- Third bedroom with a queen bed and oceanfront views
- Fourth bedroom with two twin beds, decorated with colorful Trina Turk fabrics
Living and Outdoor Areas
- Private pool located just off the upstairs living, dining, and kitchen area
- Outdoor BBQ grill
- Four lounge chairs and an outdoor sectional for relaxing
- Dining table seating eight guests
- Patio offers stunning ocean views, perfect for sunsets and whale watching
- Tennis club is a short walk uphill

- Approximately a 20-minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas
- About a 30-minute walk to Medano Beach, accessible also by water taxi from the marina
- Close to shopping, restaurants, clubs, and entertainment
- The home is in one of the most prestigious resort communities in San Jose del Cabo
Transportation
While walking to town is possible, it is not recommended as the primary mode of transportation. Options include:
- Uber rides costing around $5 each way to town
- Taxi rides approximately $18 each way
- Private transportation can be arranged after booking
- Car rentals are available at the airport

Our house manager, Alejandra, is available to assist with:

- Meeting guests upon arrival to help with dinner arrangements
Additional services and fees:
- Pool heating: $30 per day (must be requested and paid before arrival)
- Babysitting: $12 per hour
- Meal service: $150 service fee plus cost of food (up to 8 people; additional charges apply for more)
- Daily housekeeping: $100 per day
- Airport transport via Alejandra’s minivan: $23 per person
- In-home massages: $100 per hour
- Daily personal assistance (lunch, drinks, etc.): $150 from 12 pm to 5 pm
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home.
Please note there are two exterior security cameras located at the front door and on the stairs leading to the pool. These cameras only cover public areas and do not monitor the pool or any interior spaces.
Important Information
- The villa can be difficult to locate; please follow directions carefully.
- Pool heating incurs an additional $30 daily fee plus a $25 trip charge for activation or deactivation during your stay.
- Swimming at Pedregal Beach is not recommended due to safety concerns, although the beach is beautiful for walking.
- The home is about a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive) from downtown Cabo and 50 minutes from the airport.
- Walking to town is possible but not advised as the sole transportation method.
- Car rentals, Uber, taxis, and private transportation options are available.
- Parties, including birthdays, bachelor, and bachelorette events, are strictly prohibited.
- Renters must be at least 35 years old if staying with four or more guests.
