Important Notice

The development’s common area will be closed for upgrades from September 8 through November 30. The improvements are intended to create a more sophisticated and welcoming space for future visits.

The home itself remains fully private, with its own rooftop, private pool, and exclusive amenities. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay without needing to share these private spaces.

Natural Surroundings

The property is surrounded by jungle life. Guests may wake to birdsong, feel the breeze through the trees, and occasionally see butterflies, geckos, ants, mosquitoes, and other insects. Every effort is made to limit their presence, but they are part of Tulum’s natural environment.

Water and Electricity

Utilities in the area are limited, valuable, and costly. Brief interruptions may occasionally occur, although service is restored quickly and such interruptions rarely affect a stay.

Guests are asked to conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when they are not in use. This helps protect the environment and avoid additional electricity charges.

Drainage System

Tulum’s drainage system connects directly to the aquifer that supplies the area’s cenotes and jungle. Please do not flush paper or foreign objects down the toilet. Use the provided waste bins to help prevent contamination and protect the local water system.

Development in the Area

Tulum continues to grow, and light sounds may occasionally be heard in the surrounding area during the day. The evenings remain peaceful, allowing guests to enjoy quiet nights beneath the jungle sky.
