The Space

Important Information
- Air conditioning is provided only during nighttime to help protect the environment. Guests may use AC while resting in the room but should turn it off when outside.
- American breakfast is included.

- Chef service is available for all three daily meals; ingredients are not included.
- Any shopping requests made by guests will incur an additional 20% charge on the final purchase price.
- No parties are allowed on the property.

We had six people, and this place was perfect. It’s in a quiet part of Tulum, with an amazing pizza / Italian place right across the street. Enrique made so many wonderful meals, including cochinita pibil, a local pork dish… it was so delicious! Make sure to bring some cash, preferably pesos, if you want to have him cook for you, as he can’t accept credit cards. Seems obvious, but we didn’t have enough cash and had to run to an ATM. We rented a minivan at the Cancun airport, and it was great for getting around the area. Another option on would be traveling by scooter, bike, or ATV, as they are everywhere in Tulum. Enrique also helped us see the sea turtles at night coming in to lay their eggs on the beach! It was a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

My wife, two adult children and their partners just got back from 3 wonderful days. This home is amazing, right on the ocean with a completely private setting. Both the setting and home are beautiful. The main house with a huge upstairs master had a wall of glass. Waking up each morning to that view was heaven. The other two bedroom where spacious and really nice, the upstairs bedroom still had a view of the ocean. Erique, was attentive to what ever we wanted to eat. He made us wonderful meals. We are usually a family that like to eat out as part of our exploring the area. We were all surprised at how much we liked having the meals made for us. I think we just didn't want to leave. This is one of the rare occasions where the home is better than the picture! Defiantly worth the splurge. Charlie Hamilton

Beautiful location right on the beach with shops and restaurants right outside the gate. Even though in the thick of the commercial zone, the property is very peaceful and quiet. Amazing master bedroom with deck and view! For groups of 6, as we were, know that the other 2 bedrooms are in a hut behind main house and not nearly as large or luxurious. Those bedrooms are much more rustic, closer to glamping. Cooking and cleaning crew were nice.

An excellent place to stay if you're visiting Tulum! Everything worked very well - from check-in to departure the process is flawless. The location made it easy to get around and having Enrique, the chef, made for amazing and relaxing evenings. He and the staff helped us with everything we needed. There was even a turtle who came onshore to lay her eggs just in front of the house. It was wonderful to see and know that the eggs are being protected. If we go back to Tulum, we won't hesitate to stay again!
