The Space

This multivilla accommodates up to 12 guests and is ideal for digital nomads. It features:

• Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
• One bedroom on the ground floor without windows, but spacious and well ventilated
• A large shared living area with views of the lake, pool, and forest
• A shared pool with a jacuzzi and lake views
• Access to a jacuzzi in the main club pool, also overlooking the lake

The private jacuzzi inside the apartment is not available to guests.

Domestic service is available for an additional fee of $20 per day per employee. One service employee is required for every five guests.

Guests may be invited to the club and access its activities. All club consumption is paid directly by the guest. Guests must follow the rules of both the condominium and the club.

Guest Access

The property is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Anapoima, at the entrance to the exclusive Mesa de Yeguas Country Club. The penthouse is about 10 minutes by car from the main gate, within a private residential complex surrounded by approximately 1,200 hectares of forest and nature.

The property includes access to two golf courses. Use of the club’s sports facilities and activities requires prior authorization.

• Motorcycles are not permitted inside the club.
• Guests may travel by bicycle or private vehicle.
• Golf carts may be rented for $50 per night for the entire stay, regardless of use.
• After 4:00 p.m., a security motorcycle may escort guests from the main gate to the penthouse upon request.
• The housekeeper leaves at 4:00 p.m.
• The club is closed on Mondays.

Club Activities and Folio

Access to water sports, including kayaking and skiing, as well as tennis, golf, and dance classes, requires opening a folio.

• Cost: $30 per night of stay
• Payment: Made directly to the owner, who is a club shareholder
• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The folio fee cannot be applied toward club consumption.
• Folio approval is subject to the owner’s authorization, which is not guaranteed.
• Guests do not need to open a folio if they will not use the club’s sports facilities.
• Sports reservations are subject to club availability.
• All club services and consumption must be paid directly by the guest to the club.

House Rules

The multivilla is intended for rest and relaxation.

• Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited.
• Noise levels must remain below 65 decibels.
• All guests must comply with the rules of Mesa de Yeguas Country Club.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted inside the penthouse.

Optional Services

The following optional services are available through the host and must be paid directly to her account:

• Golf cart rental: $50 per night for the full stay, regardless of use
• Folio for access to sports and club activities: $30 per night, non-refundable and not applicable to consumption
