## The Space

This casita offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located near the Colorados and Panga Drops surf breaks. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, along with excellent terraces for relaxation. High-speed fiber optic internet is available.

A surfboard-carrying bike-buggy is provided for convenient trips to the beach. Guests are welcome to use the pool during their stay.

The property features double power redundancy with a full hybrid battery-solar system and a backup gas generator. Gas water heating ensures continuous hot water. Unlike many homes in Iguana, this property is well protected against frequent power outages.

The main house is usually unoccupied, so guests often have the entire place to themselves. The hosts may be present on weekends or during school holidays and are happy to share the pool during those times.

Booking is based on double occupancy per bedroom, meaning two guests per bedroom. If two guests each want their own bedroom, please book as a group of three (the minimum for two bedrooms).

## Bedroom Usage

To provide the best value, bedroom access depends on the size of the group. The casita has two fully air-conditioned bedrooms:

- One bedroom with a queen bed
- One bedroom with two twin beds

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with ample hot water.

- Bookings for 1–2 guests include access to one bedroom.
- Bookings for 3–4 guests include access to both bedrooms.

If two guests prefer separate bedrooms, please book as a group of three. When booking, indicate your preferred bedroom. The unused bedroom will remain locked.

## Electricity Use

The home is equipped with a high-capacity solar-battery hybrid system, but energy use is not unlimited. Electricity in Nicaragua can be costly and unreliable, especially during cloudy or stormy weather.

To conserve energy:

- Keep doors and windows closed in rooms with air conditioning.
- Turn off air conditioning in unoccupied rooms.
- Switch off all air conditioning units when leaving the property.
- Limit air conditioning use during the day, as natural ventilation is usually sufficient and more comfortable.
