We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, right on the water, and has a small private pool. There were no issues with sargassum as the home is located on the back side of the island. I would completely recommend this home.

We absolutely love the location of this place!! Just enough outside of town to be quiet and peaceful but you could get to town by cart in about 20 minutes! The pool is beautiful and the water is warm! Definitely would stay here again!

this place is amazing. We end up staying two extra days working with Janelle Torres made everything easy once I got there. Ellie was like a tour guide. when my cousin and I decided to go snorkeling, she set it up to where they came and picked us up at the house with the boat. I had a wonderful time staying there. The hospitality in the friendliness is impeccable. The island has so much to offer and me not knowing anything about the country or the place I was in working with Gineli and Eva made everything easy they made me feel safe. if you’re looking for a fun place to stay well equipped in furnished house and people who will take care of all your needs here it is. I am a super host and I was impressed.

The accommodation was exceptional, with attentive service from the concierge, who was always responsive and helpful. The house manager personally stopped by to introduce herself and ensure all our needs were met. The hotel next door offers a great spot to dine and unwind, with a welcoming owner and staff who were eager to share insider tips about the island. Located just outside the downtown area, the property is a peaceful 20-minute golf cart ride away, offering a serene escape. The scenic drive to town is a perfect opportunity to discover local eateries and bars. With breathtaking views of the bay by day and a starlit sky by night, your stay promises to be unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed here during a tropical storm and felt very safe and cozy. The hosts were so helpful and responsive during our stay. This rental is about 4mi away from San Pedro but easily accessible with a golf cart. One of the advantages of being outside of town is there is a lot of wildlife around, especially water birds. There’s a small resort next door that we enjoyed going to for dinner and drinks. Overall, we loved staying here and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a little more privacy/quietness.

Very nice house and beautiful scenery. The only thing it didn’t have was the hammock. I found it broke in the closet.

What a fantastic location, with it's own little private beach. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, the room with the seaview is the one! Air-conditioning in all rooms was absolutely essential as May was very warm and humid. Huge TV with Netflix and lovely comfortable sofa. We did experience 2 power cuts as did the hotel nextdoor, so a good supply of candles would have been appreciated, along with candle holders or lanterns. Being English and kettle to boil water for tea would have been nice. The building is outside of town and the road in is very bumpy in places, that said the golf carts are great fun!! A point worth noting is the Black Orchid restaurant has it's own generators so if you do suffer a power outage head there, it's only 5 mins in the golf cart, the foods excellent and all the staff are lovely. We fished with a guide for 5 days and had an amazing time. This was a fishing trip 45years in the making and it absolute didn't disappoint. loved it!
