We really loved this beach house. The space is well thought out with nice finishes throughout. Will definitely be back and I even caught a rooster fish from the beach for bonus points.

The house and the view are excellent. The only thing I can mention is that the house is advertised as pet friendly, even in the confirmation that they allow up to two small dogs, however they told me that I could not bring any, so they should modify this since many of us look for places to go with our pets. The location has a club with a restaurant but they close on Tuesdays, it is advisable to have something to cook in case, the house is equipped for cooking. 1762631443

Outstanding house in a stunning location directly overlooking the sea and beaches. Impeccably furnished and finished throughout this was a real luxury getaway in a relaxed and safe location, and just a short stroll to the beach club itself too. After a hard days fishing and spotting whales out on the ocean, the villa was the perfect place to relax, sipping a G&T by the edge of the infinity pool - fabulous!

The house was absolutely beautiful and the house was equipped with everything that we needed. We had a bit of a hard time finding and getting into the house, house number was not on the house and entry code did not work to unlock the door. Make sure to bring plenty of bottled water for long stays. Host was slow to respond but I gave them a pass since it was Holy Week. While the house could use some updating and maintenance, our family enjoyed the stay and will definitely be going back to Pedasi.

The place has a very nice view and a lot of privacy, but the house needs a lot of maintenance. The shared bathroom has a permanent bad smell. The air conditioning in the main room did not work the first day, support was contacted and the response was very slow, the solution was found the next day. The temperature of the refrigerator was reported and it was never repaired/checked, we were offered ice from the Beach Club to put the products in a cooler. I would have loved better service. I was very transparent about the number of people who were going, and 24 hours before they changed the rules and wanted fewer of us to go. The house has a lot to offer, but with better management, transparency and attention, the experience would have been more pleasant. Regards!

The house was just as described. My husband and I were very comfortable staying with our parents, daughter and puppy. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pool. The clubhouse next to the house had great drinks and food.

The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with a privileged view of the sea. The community is very quiet and safe. It is an ideal place to have a family vacation. The best beach in Pedasí!
