My family of 4 stayed at Viktor’s place in Tamarindo. It was exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable space. The pool is more plunge pool than I expected but was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend.

We are extremely happy with the host. Beyond the service provided, he helped us in a pressing situation and that is greatly appreciated.

Pros: location, lots of amenities, hosts very responsive to any problems. Very nice interior. Negatives: the basement drains are clogged every night, and the septic tank does not empty quickly enough when three families live there. They come to empty it quickly when we report it to them, but the problem remains. The description mentions 3.5 bathrooms, but the photos show 4 full bathrooms, and yet the one upstairs has only one sink and a small shower (too small for a family of 4), and the one on the first floor is only a shower room. The other two are really complete, as in the pictures. A mirror in the adult bedroom upstairs would be greatly appreciated, but we did not ask for one. Thank you to Erika and Victor for their kindness and their promptness in wanting to do things well. We understand that a large villa like this one is not free from mechanical problems.

Positifs: situation géographique, beaucoup de commodités, hôtes très réactifs à tout problèmes. Très bel intérieur. Négatifs: les drains du sous-sol sont bouchés à tout les soirs, la fausse sceptique ne se vide pas assez vite quand trois familles y habitent. Ils viennent la vider rapidement quand on leur signale mais le problème demeure. La description parle de 3.5 salles de bain mais les photos montrent 4 salles de bain complète et pourtant celle à l’étage n’a qu’un seul lavabo et une douche de petite taille (trop juste pour une famille de 4) et celle au premier n’est qu’une salle d’eau. Les deux autres sont vraiment complète comme sur les photos. Un miroir dans la chambre d’adulte à l’étage serait grandement apprécié, mais nous ne l’avons pas demandé. Merci à Erika et Victor pour leur amabilité et leur promptitude à vouloir bien faire les choses. Nous comprenons qu’une grande villa comme celle-ci n’est pas exempte de problèmes mécaniques.

Great home located a short ~5 minute walk from the city center. There are plenty of great restaurants about ~2 minute walk from the house. The house was clean, spacious, and had great communication if we had any questions.

This home was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of beds and different places to sleep, and the kitchen opening up to the pool was perfect. And the location was great only about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful stay here just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants bars. Pool was amazing. Highly recommended by my family. It’s just as described on the Air B&B site. Well worth every dollar.

Amazing place to stay in Tamarindo, me and my friends had blast!

This Airbnb made our stay in Tamarindo even better than it already was. The place looked exactly like the photos, which was a relief. Everything is walkable from here – restaurants, shops, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Viktor was super responsive throughout our stay, the mid-stay cleaning was a great touch, and the AC worked perfectly the whole time. Everything was exactly as described. Would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Tamarindo!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We had a great stay at Viktor's The walk to the beach wasn't bad, and the pool was great for a quick cool down. We loved how close we were to the night market.

We loved this place! Everyone was super helpful and we were grateful for the AC and ice maker in the heat!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the place, it was even nicer than the photos, which is rare.  It was perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.  Viktor was super helpful with local recommendations, and also communicated very well about schedules, cleaning, safety and other.  He also was responsive when we had a few questions or when we asked to check in a bit early.  I would definitely recommend this place for a medium family or group.

Great, spacious place and very close (about 10 minutes walk) to  all the restaurants and shops as well as the beach. As shown in the pictures the place does not have a lot of windows and any view from the common space. Viktor and his team were very responsive and accomodated everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! Check in was very easy. Instructions for everything and house rules were clearly stated and easy to access. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Such an amazing location, close to the fun Thursday night market and within walking distance of some delicious restaurants and cool places to check out!

The place is beautiful. Totally as described. Super clean, very close to everything. However, if you travel in a pickup or large vehicle you cannot keep it inside the garage, you must leave it outside on the street. Unfortunately, the pool is not for families with small children, or people who cannot swim because it is very deep. But everything else about the place is luxurious.

El lugar es hermoso. Totalmente como está descrito. Super limpio, muy cerca de todo. Sin embargo, si usted viaja en pickup o vehículo grande no lo puede guardar dentro de la cochera, debe dejarlo afuera en la calle. La piscina lamentablemente no es para familia con niños pequeños, o personas que no sepan nadar porque es muy honda. pero por todo lo demás el lugar es de lujo.

This home helped us out of a difficult situation with a previous booking and ultimately served its purpose well. The rooms are very large and can comfortably accommodate a sizable group. The location is excellent, with close proximity to Tamarindo town centre, and the Thursday market is literally right next door, which was a nice bonus. The main drawback for us was the lack of functional outdoor seating. The only outdoor seating area is located in the basement off one of the bedrooms, with just a couple of chairs, and the plunge pool area on main floor is quite small and doesn’t really feel like an outdoor space. Otherwise a well equipped large home that was quite comfortable.

Place was walkable to everywhere we needed to go into town but we did end up driving a good amount of time because it was a little exhausting to do multiple times a day. It is right around the corner from a couple of restaurants (little Luchas, masa madre) & Thursday night market. The pool was cold but nice to have on hot days. The beds were comfortable and it was convenient to have the washer and dryer (dryer was sensitive so better to do small loads). It was really nice to have the mid week cleaning session with all of the sand from the beach we tracked in. They provide beach towels and all kitchen gadgets that we needed. Check in was easy with a code. At first, we were a little worried because there Airbnb is across the street from a shady looking building but safety was never a concern.

The accommodation has a prime location, the beach and restaurants are within walking distance, always maintaining the necessary privacy to rest and share at home. The house is simply spectacular👌.

Everything was great and very clean, just as seen in the photos. The place is quite spacious. Just keep in mind that if you have a pickup truck, it probably won't fit in the garage. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Todo estuvo súper bien y muy limpio, tal como se ve en las fotos. El lugar es bastante espacioso. Solo tomen en cuenta que, si llevan una pickup, probablemente no entre en el garaje. Fuera de eso, todo excelente.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect for multiple adult travelers.  If you don’t want to on top of each other, book here.  The house was very pristine.  Location was just a short walk into town. Would definitely rebook.

Beach Diamond was a great stay and very walkable to the beach and all of the major attractions in Tamarindo.  Located right by the location of the night market which is a must see, it is close to great restaurants, coffee, even a gym and yoga studios.   Everything in the Beach Diamond is like new, even with sonos speakers and the plunge pool is great!  Definitely recommend.

The house is wonderful, with it's pool in the living room, very espacious suite bedrooms, fully equipped, distributed in 3 stories. Besides, they were flexible and allowed us to leave the luggage in the house while we were diving. In summary, we had a great time! Thank you guys!!! Alexis

Wow- what a beautiful home.   Everything was as described (actually better).  It's brand new and we are so thankful we chose this home for our girls "get-away".   It was great having a garage too!   Viktor's place is amazing and we are already trying to pull together another visit!

OMG, this place is a beach diamond.  I swear you could ask for a better location and place.  Close to town but far enough away from the noise and just a short walk to the beach.  There’s a personal lap pool with accent lights, an outdoor sitting area with grill, 2 car garage, washer/dryer, open concept kitchen, excellent price and everything you need to feel right at home.   I can’t wait to come back next year.
