My family of 4 stayed at Viktor’s place in Tamarindo. It was exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable space. The pool is more plunge pool than I expected but was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend.

Positifs: situation géographique, beaucoup de commodités, hôtes très réactifs à tout problèmes. Très bel intérieur. Négatifs: les drains du sous-sol sont bouchés à tout les soirs, la fausse sceptique ne se vide pas assez vite quand trois familles y habitent. Ils viennent la vider rapidement quand on leur signale mais le problème demeure. La description parle de 3.5 salles de bain mais les photos montrent 4 salles de bain complète et pourtant celle à l’étage n’a qu’un seul lavabo et une douche de petite taille (trop juste pour une famille de 4) et celle au premier n’est qu’une salle d’eau. Les deux autres sont vraiment complète comme sur les photos. Un miroir dans la chambre d’adulte à l’étage serait grandement apprécié, mais nous ne l’avons pas demandé. Merci à Erika et Victor pour leur amabilité et leur promptitude à vouloir bien faire les choses. Nous comprenons qu’une grande villa comme celle-ci n’est pas exempte de problèmes mécaniques.

Great home located a short ~5 minute walk from the city center. There are plenty of great restaurants about ~2 minute walk from the house. The house was clean, spacious, and had great communication if we had any questions.

This home was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of beds and different places to sleep, and the kitchen opening up to the pool was perfect. And the location was great only about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful stay here just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants bars. Pool was amazing. Highly recommended by my family. It’s just as described on the Air B&B site. Well worth every dollar.

This Airbnb made our stay in Tamarindo even better than it already was. The place looked exactly like the photos, which was a relief. Everything is walkable from here – restaurants, shops, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Viktor was super responsive throughout our stay, the mid-stay cleaning was a great touch, and the AC worked perfectly the whole time. Everything was exactly as described. Would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Tamarindo!
