Amazing place, close to everything. Clean, tidy, safe. The only drawback is that there were no trash cans in the rooms, nor mirrors. Thank you for your attention :).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from August 26th to 28th! The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures and beautifully decorated in a traditional Valladolid style, with so much charm and character. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with AC and a TV in every room, so everyone had their own private space. We loved the small pool, and it was very convenient to park our car right in front of the house. The location was also fantastic. It was very close to the beautiful church and the center of Valladolid, so we could easily walk around and explore. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like having water already in the fridge when we arrived. One small thing to keep in mind is that the downstairs bedroom can hear some street noise until around 2 AM, but after that it became quiet. We truly loved our stay and would happily come back! 💛

A really beautiful house, large rooms, clean bathrooms equipped with everything you need. The host gave us recommendations for restaurants and clubs. Everything was perfect.

A gem in Valladolid. I felt right at home. Clean. Neat. Pleasant. All of the spaces are very comfortable for the 9 of us who stayed. The kitchen is spectacular. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool is very small, but clean, and the best thing you can have to end a day of sightseeing in Chichen Itza (only 35 minutes by car) or Valladolid. We only stayed one night, but we're eager to return to stay for two weeks a year.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable. It has all the amenities you could ask for to have a wonderful stay, and its location is perfect for going out on foot and visiting restaurants and the city center. I highly recommend it!!

The house is beautiful, with great details, spacious areas, and a small but super nice pool. Everything is clean. Everything is incredible. I hope we can come back for a longer stay.

This house was incredible, the location couldn't be better, walking to major sites of Valladolid was so easy. If you're doing a road trip and have a car with you, they provide a parking spot which made things way easier. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and comunication with the host was fast and good. Definetly a great place to stay if you are traveling with a group of friends and family.

By far one of the best Airbnbs. The accommodation is so luxurious. No feedback except that we want to live there.

It is a beautiful house, the photos don't do it justice. Fátima was always attentive and very kind. We would definitely come back to his house if we returned to Valladolid.
