We had the most amazing family stay at Villa Altamonte. The villa surpassed our expectations. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the Toucan fly by in the morning and spotted monkeys in the trees close to the villa. It was the perfect base for whale watching and spending some down time on the last leg of our trip in Costa Rica. Now we are back it feels almost dreamlike. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

An ultra-modern villa nestled in the canopy with panoramic views of the Pacific and Marino Ballena Park. Windows everywhere, including in the shower, which gives the impression of being in the middle of the forest. Very nice spaces. Air conditioning and fans everywhere Pleasant swimming pool. Functional laundry room, very much appreciated when traveling with family Access via an unpaved track with a significant slope but without ruts. Lack of cooking utensils and dishes.

The house was beautiful, with breathtaking views. Everything was sparkling clean and very pleasant. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication was also very fast and pleasant. Also the communication about activities and restaurants and the like. We greatly enjoyed the truly beautiful house, as well as the communication with Roberto and his colleague.

Villa Altamonte is a dream of house. Absolutely perfect to disconnect. It has got everything you need. The view, the rainforest sounds, it is breathtaking. Uvita is an enchanting area. It has been the most beautiful place where I have ever been and I am terribly sad to have left Villa Altamonte behind. The photos do not make justice. I cannot recommend it high enough.

Breathtaking views, peaceful and comfortable home. We visited with two kids (4 + 7) and had a great time visiting the nearby beach and waterfalls. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Our family of 5 (kids are 8,7,5) had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us. Close to town, yet private and secluded. The view was beautiful, and we even saw a monkey the first day we arrived. The host was responsive and had a concierge team who helped book us some tours in the area as well. Everything was fantastic and we had a great time.
