Important Information
Photo Identification
Buenaventura Resort requires photo identification for all adult guests aged 18 and older at least one full day before arrival. International guests must provide passports, while local guests must provide Panamanian identification.
Access to the resort is not permitted until the identification process is complete. Once approved, guests will receive an entrance code before arrival.
Maximum Occupancy
Please keep the number of occupants exactly as listed on the reservation. Buenaventura carefully monitors guest counts to help ensure everyone’s comfort and security.
Gatherings
Small, respectful gatherings are permitted. Please maintain a calm atmosphere and avoid excessive mess, damage, or disruption.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Excessive noise during this period may result in resort fines.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside only and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Additional cleaning or odor-removal fees may apply.
Energy Conservation
Please turn off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the home. These small actions help conserve energy and support sustainability in Panama.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. This allows the cleaning team enough time to prepare the home for incoming guests.
Cleaning Courtesy
Please treat the home as you would your own. Leaving the space reasonably tidy helps the cleaning team prepare it for the next guests.

The whole family loved this property. The house is beautiful and super spacious, and the best thing is the location. Being in Buenaventura facing the ocean and with a pool is just what we were looking for. We liked the property so much that we didn't want to leave the house. We used the BBQ area, the den, the pool, and above all, we were able to go to the beach several times. We will definitely look for the next opportunity to return to this property.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as amazing as the first! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The entire experience was seamless, from the reservation process to check-in, and Ganesha the host was always available, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. It’s definitely a place we would happily come back to again. Highly recommended, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The place was amazing! The pool area was perfect for all the family. The fact that the beach was literally steps away from the house, was a definite bonus. Our hosts were always friendly and willing to assist. We won’t hesitate to book from them again!!!

This place is so beautiful! It offers ample space for large families to come together but also have their own room for quiet and rest. It is one of the nicest accommodations I've seen for large families. The pictures are true - you'll have your own pool and are steps away from the beach. It is a private oasis.

This place was 10/10 - so amazing. My whole family was so happy with our stay. The host was an excellent communicator, and the pictures do not do this place justice. The backyard has the “wow” factor, but every part of the house and the larger property was incredible. We will definitely be staying here again!
