We were received incredibly well, they treated us like part of the family from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful, even better than in the photos, and everything was spotless. My family felt very happy and safe during our stay. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

I stayed at BNZ Mansion recently and had a really solid experience overall. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were genuinely helpful—not just polite, but actually knowledgeable and responsive. The place itself was very clean and well-maintained. My room had everything I needed, and everything worked as expected, which isn’t always a given. I also appreciated how quiet and private it felt—it was easy to relax and get good rest. What stood out most was how accurate everything was compared to what was advertised. No surprises, fast Wi-Fi, clear instructions, and transparent policies, which made the stay feel trustworthy and well-run. Overall, BNZ Mansion feels professionally managed and reliable. This house is perfect if you’re traveling with a group and want a place where you can really enjoy yourselves without worrying. It’s just outside the city, far enough for privacy but still close enough to get around easily. The house is beautiful, very clean, and has great features like a rooftop and a hot tub that make it easy to relax and have a good time. You can play music and enjoy the space freely, which makes it ideal for family gatherings or bachelor parties. There’s also someone on-site for security, so it feels very safe. On top of that, the host is excellent with communication and goes above and beyond to help you plan and make the most of your stay. Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent stay at this villa in Medellín, and I highly recommend this Airbnb. Benjamin and his wife were exceptional hosts: very accommodating, extremely responsive, and above all incredibly kind. They made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and we truly lacked nothing. A special thank you as well to Aleja, who was very present, understanding, and always available whenever we needed anything. Finally, Fernando and Juan were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness and presence made us feel completely safe during the entire stay, and it was very reassuring to know they were there whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend this place, we had a fantastic stay and truly hope to come back again in the future !!!

Having stayed at what people call the best Airbnb Medellin options and even a house rental Medellin Poblado, I can honestly say this level of quality is rare. The property is immaculate, spacious, and designed with real attention to detail. The team was professional and responsive throughout.
