The place is very nice. It is a very, very short walk to the beach and has on-site parking, which makes it more convenient and safer. The rooms are comfortable. The only thing I think needs to be changed is the knives in the kitchen. None of them cut, and that was a bit inconvenient when using the kitchen on multiple occasions.

24/7 security, excellent treatment from the guards, clean, tidy, 100% safe. The place is as seen in the photos, and the pools are beautiful (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). The place is accessible to any type of car. You can walk to the beach. It takes about 7 minutes to get to Flamingo at a leisurely pace, and if you like to walk, you can also walk to Tamarindo. The only areas for improvement: first, we couldn't find a rice cooker, and we didn't really report it, but at least we didn't find it. The kitchen is excellent, and we were able to cook on the hot plate, which didn't last even 10 minutes, so it wasn't a big problem. The TV in the master bedroom is quite small considering the size of the room and the other TVs, and the kids tell me that the water flow in the shower is unstable. For those of us who don't like dogs, keep in mind that they are allowed in the condominium, and one dog even attacked us upon arrival because it was loose.

Just as the place is described. Beautiful and impeccable. Close to everything and to the beach. The pools are beautiful. We will definitely choose it again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Langosta 12 so much! The condo is beautiful. The location was perfectly situated amongst great restaurants and close to the beach. Lu was a phenomenal concierge attentive, helpful, and so friendly! We loved Costa Rica and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, spacious, very clean, well located and the condominium has great common areas. We were made to feel very welcome by Elodie, Lu and the staff. It was very worth it!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
