Other Things to Note

This is a two-story home with stairs leading to the entrance and each of the four bedrooms. Small children must be supervised at all times. Adults are responsible for ensuring children’s safety. Potential hazards include:

• Pool and jacuzzi without gates
• Staircases
• High drop-offs from patios and second-story terraces

For guest security, an intercom system with a camera is installed at the main entrance.

House Rules

• No pets allowed
• No parties permitted
• No bachelor or bachelorette groups
• Maximum occupancy is eight people
• No groups under 25 years of age

Pedregal Community Rules

• Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Outdoor music must be kept at a volume that does not disturb neighbors
• All guests must be registered at check-in
• Any unregistered visitors require authorization from property management and security registration
• Trash must be bagged and placed in designated containers
