Friendly security staff will welcome you to the Las Conchas peninsula, while Tessoro staff will escort you directly to the condo upon arrival. There is no lengthy check-in process, and all doors use electronic keypad locks.

House Rules and Important Information

Casa #603 is intended as a peaceful family getaway. Please help preserve its quiet and luxurious atmosphere. Guests seeking nightlife and parties may prefer the South Beach area.

• Smoking is not permitted.
• A $300 fine applies to smoking violations.
• Guests may access all areas of the condo except the laundry room.
• The washer and dryer are for staff use only.
• Staff can complete laundry for $5 per load.
• Although extra-large water heaters have been installed, filling the balcony Jacuzzi will deplete the condo’s hot water.
• After the Jacuzzi is filled, approximately 45 minutes are required for more hot water to become available.
