Important Notes

• The 16% Mexican IVA tax is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid to Airbnb at the time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit is required because Airbnb’s host protection makes it difficult for owners to collect reimbursement for damages:
  • $3,000 for stays of up to four nights
  • $5,000 for stays of five nights or more
• A minimum stay of 14 nights is required for Christmas and New Year’s.
• A minimum stay of seven nights is required for each holiday period.

Occupancy and Additional Fees

• Maximum occupancy is 10 adults and two children under 10 years old.
• An additional charge applies for occupancy exceeding these limits:
  • $200 per day for each adult over 10 adults
  • $100 per day for each child under 10 years old over two children
