Wouldn’t recommend this place to people, visitors are not aloud what so ever and even at check in time they left half of the people off the reservation. Place was really nice location and nice inside except there was a lot of ants in the bed area and all around the condo. Great location nice place just needs some work. Also the host should be more responsive !

Top notch location. Service, amenities and proximity to marina puerto Cancun makes this one of the best places to stay.

The apartment is in good condition, just like in the photos. The condominium has some very strict rules that you have to sign at the beginning, which include no smoking in any common areas and fines for anything you do. Additionally, during check-in, a guard follows you until you enter the apartment, and they give you a bracelet to differentiate you as a vacation rental tenant. When I mentioned to the host that we were not comfortable with this, they only replied that it's because we are in an exclusive development. Because of this, we decided not to use the facilities and preferred to do everything outside of the apartment

Super accommodation, very friendly and helpful hosts. The de 10, the area our favorite, everything excellent. I would certainly stay again.
