Top notch location. Service, amenities and proximity to marina puerto Cancun makes this one of the best places to stay.

The apartment is in good condition, just like in the photos. The condominium has some very strict rules that you have to sign at the beginning, which include no smoking in any common areas and fines for anything you do. Additionally, during check-in, a guard follows you until you enter the apartment, and they give you a bracelet to differentiate you as a vacation rental tenant. When I mentioned to the host that we were not comfortable with this, they only replied that it's because we are in an exclusive development. Because of this, we decided not to use the facilities and preferred to do everything outside of the apartment

The host was great and very attentive. The space was just as described and the surrounding area was very nice.

Súper alojamiento, hosts muy amables y atentos. El depa de 10, la zona nuestra favorita, todo excelente. Me volvería a hospedar sin duda alguna.
