Important Information
Guests may enjoy all available services, but wristbands issued by the clubhouse must be worn. The wristbands must be returned at departure. A charge of $500 pesos applies if they are lost.
To reserve the beach awning, provide the apartment number to the assigned staff member.
The white card is used to load money for purchases on the island or at the beach. It can be reloaded regularly at the clubhouse. Any remaining balance will be returned upon departure. Please take care of the card and return it to avoid a replacement charge if it is lost.
A cash security deposit of $5,000 pesos is required at check-in. It will be returned at departure, provided that the regulations applicable to all tenants have been followed.
Additional details will be provided upon arrival. The property is safe and guarded, but children must always be supervised by an adult. Lifeguards are present on the beach; however, guests are responsible for exercising appropriate caution.
Coolers are permitted on the beach but not at the pools. Only plastic cups may be used at the pools, and speakers are not permitted in the pool area.

The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and as described. I traveled with my family and with a person in a wheelchair, and the spaciousness of the accommodation makes it very comfortable to move a person with reduced mobility. Travel with children, and the facilities allow you to do several activities inside the complex. I also travel with a small to medium-sized pet, and I should mention that within the complex they tell you where you can walk the pet. Pets cannot be in common areas such as beach loungers, swimming pools, or restaurants. There are rules that you must follow to avoid penalties, which helps make the place a quiet, safe place. My stay was very pleasant, enjoyable, and quiet. Sara and Roci always answered my questions very quickly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The accommodation is amazing, access to the beach is very easy and convenient, the general facilities are very good and the staff's service is amazing. The apartment is very nice, spacious and very comfortable, it has everything you need for a satisfactory stay. Sara is a superhost, she made us feel at home and was always attentive to our stay, provided very clear directions and was very accessible at any time.

Hello Sara , Thank you for your attention, but we want to share that our experience was not the best. The first day everything was fine, but the next day, when the cleaning lady came in, the apartment was practically the same: there was no general cleaning, they just made the beds and washed the dishes. The bathrooms were still dirty and there was no soap, shampoo or amenities, just toilet paper. This was disappointing, as we were told that cleaning was included. We also couldn't enjoy the common areas because they were always crowded and we never got loungers on the beach or in the pool. In addition, the administration was very strict: everything required authorization from the owner and I had to constantly notify who was entering or leaving, which was very stressful. They even charged us $500 for the loss of a single access bracelet, which we felt was excessive. For all these reasons, we request a refund for the cleaning service or some compensation, since we were unable to enjoy
