The spacious interior is filled with natural light thanks to French-style windows and doors that invite the gentle sea breeze inside. The open-concept living area exudes calm and sophistication. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary needs and flows seamlessly into the living room, which includes a pristine white sofa and a dining area with a warm honey-toned wooden table for four. A convenient half bathroom is also available.

For restful nights, the bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and tranquility. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, a standard closet, and a small balcony with breathtaking views. It is served by an adjacent bathroom that combines comfort and style.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, a private bathroom overlooking the sea, and a standard closet. A small balcony provides a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the seaside calm.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a laundry room. Guests receive complimentary essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. Beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and other useful items are also provided.

Entertainment is available via a smart TV where guests can log into their own streaming services; however, cable TV is not included.

Parking for two cars is free. The property uses an environmentally friendly reusable parking card system issued at check-in. A $50 USD fee applies if the card is lost or not returned.

Guests can enjoy comfort and entertainment at the nearby beach club. Daily passes are available as follows:

• Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable on consumables (subject to availability)
• Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable on consumables (subject to availability)
• Children under 8: Free entry with limited access
• Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only (subject to availability)

Nearby Attractions

Las Catalinas provides easy access to several beautiful beaches, including Danta and Dantita. Other well-known beaches such as Flamingo (with its marina), Playa Conchal, and Playa Tamarindo are within a 30 to 60-minute drive.

The property is located 51 kilometers (31 miles) from Liberia Airport, approximately a one-hour drive by car.
