Claudia was a responsive and friendly host. The home was as described and fit our family group of 10. We were able to enjoy the pool, living area, big dining room table. We had privacy. The queen beds were pretty hard but not unbearable. The pool and deck space was great. Javier took care of the pool for us every morning.

Our family of 11 stayed at Claudia’s house for a week over Christmas and had a great experience. The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a large family with kids. The location felt safe and convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, driving to beaches, and cenotes. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a big group. Claudia was a very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation in Tulum!

Claudia was extremely sweet and helpful. Upon arrival, she met us at the Airbnb to show us the home. She gave local recommendations and also organized a tour of Sian Kaan directly with a guide, without needing to go through an agency. Way better deal and the tour was amazing! The home is more beautiful than the photos. We loved the pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen had basic spices and was fully equipped with dishes and cookware and appliances. Easy to walk to main strip of local Tulum, but plenty of even closer restaurants and convenience stores. There's some local construction going on during the day. No issues if you are okay with crossing narrow walkways, sometimes a little rocky. 45ish minutes from Tulum airport. We rented cars for our larger group, but taxis were always nearby the Airbnb. About a 15 minute drive to the hotel zone. 20 minute walk to downtown Tulum. Very safe walking around. Loved this home, can't wait to return!

My group and I had a blast on this place, so beautiful, confortable, clean and an amazing location, felt like home. The host was always ready to answer any questions, very sweet crew. I can't wait to get back. Highly recommend!

Claudia was welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations and information. The location is 10/10 and there is tons to do within walking distance. The villa was perfect for our 5 day stay. We had more than enough room for 10 people and it felt very private and safe. Claudia and Montse were amazing in helping out with accommodations such as transportation to and from the airport, festival venues, and with organizing a private chef to cook for us. Highly recommend, great value for money.
