Casa Noche by Maxwell Residences at Indah offers a brand-new luxury condominium with spectacular ocean views, full-service resort amenities, and personalized service.

The tower features one of the largest rooftop infinity pools in Mexico, along with a second infinity pool on the lower level. An on-site restaurant serves meals throughout the day and offers room service. The restaurant accepts credit and debit cards only.

The Space

Located on the third floor at one of Puerto Vallarta’s most prestigious addresses, this oceanfront retreat offers four private bedrooms and an open-concept floor plan.

The living and dining areas open directly onto a spacious terrace with expansive ocean and pool views. The beautifully decorated condominium includes everything needed to relax, work, or spend quality time together, including:

• Fast Wi-Fi
• Blackout shades
• Multiple televisions with Netflix
• Nespresso coffee maker
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Multiple lounging areas
• Additional amenities for a comfortable stay

Every detail has been carefully considered to create a private oceanfront retreat.

Pool facilities are available for your relaxation and enjoyment.

• An extra-person fee per night applies after the fourth guest.
• Daily housekeeping is included.

Guest Access

Important Information

• A resort fee of $518 MXN pesos per night, not per person, will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from and independent of Maxwell Residences.
• Bringing personal drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks into the pool areas is prohibited.
• All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest identification at the entrance.

Concierge

The on-site Concierge team is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can arrange a variety of additional services, including:

• Private airport transportation
• Spa treatments

• Tequila tastings
• Appetizers and bartender service
• Food and beverage refrigerator stocking
• Tours and activities
• Additional services upon request

Restaurants

• The third-floor bar is open from 2:00 p.m.
• Dinner service is available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• The rooftop terrace restaurant and bar are open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Room service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Pools

• The third-floor oceanfront infinity pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• The rooftop terrace oceanfront infinity pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Fitness Center

• Fully equipped
• Ocean views
• Open 24 hours a day
• No reservation required

Parking

• One parking space is available in the underground garage.

Beach

The beach is conveniently located almost directly in front of Indah. It is approximately one block from the tower.

Other Things to Note

How to Get to the Beach

Take the cobblestone street outside Indah and follow it downhill for approximately 200 meters. Turn right to reach the public beach.

Important House Rules

• Speakers are not permitted at the pool.
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• Music is not permitted on the balcony at any time.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on balconies.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Violations may result in immediate eviction.
