Quinta Avenida

We chose this unit because we are competitive swimmers and the rooftop pool is 25 meters long and was perfect for our purposes. It also has a wonderful view of the ocean and adjacent jungle area. The street has one of the best selections of restaurants in Playa del Carmen. Everything about our stay was very nice.

Well when we got there we didn’t have water it all, they brought gallons of water for toilets and just to wash hands. But finally the next morning everything back to normal we have water in the apartment and everything when well after that !! Place is perfect in the middle of no es restaurant and beach !! I will probably stay there again in the future !!!

Great experience at Ale’s condo, the location is perfect, easy walk to the best restaurants in Playa as well to the beach, the famous 5th avenue. The apartment is very comfortable and security is at the lobby 24/7 we had a great experience and will definitely return and recommend you o others!

Close to lots of good restaurants, 7 eleven is across the street, Aldo’s Gelato is at the corner, and there’s a pharmacy next door. Condo was well maintained and had security there 24 hours. Location is great and the roof top pool had beautiful views.

This was a perfect location to stay in. Walkable to the beach and popular 5th avenue, but in a lovely, leafy location. The apartment was in a shared building. Concierge helped us to locate the apartment, check in and book a taxi when we left. All extremely organised. The bonus was the turtles outside which we loved saying hi to every day! Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable, clean, ample there were 9 and we fit perfectly!

There is playita just a few minutes walk. The depa was super bontio and accommodated. It's just like the pictures. Despite the fact that it is next to Fifth Avenue, no noise was heard being inside the depa. Secure parking and easy to find. If you like to party it is a good option as you will be close to many barecitos/ atmosphere at night. If we return to Playa I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks Ale, Salvador and Abner!
