Once again, we enjoyed the peace and comfort of this place. The staff makes it unbeatable, starting with Rosa and Fernando, who facilitate and make the stay much more pleasant, taking care of the cleaning and amenities of the accommodation 24/7. On the other hand, Rodo and Paola are taking care of the logistics and details from the time the reservation is made. Thank you all for another family birthday full of pleasant and happy moments

It’s a great location and impressive house but feels more equipped for a group of spring breakers; most folks found the beds quite uncomfortable. The views outside the back of the property are spoiled by damaged double glazing that condenses to block the view. We used the same company to organize our chef and he didn’t show up on the first day. It was all good, but for this price certainly not 5*.

I seriously can't say enough about how good of an experience we had. The staff was so responsive via Whats app to all of our questions and requests. I would also definitely recommend the private chef / bartender / yacht services!

Unbelievable vacation. 8 adults/8 kids. Amazing house. Staff were friendly, helpful and so accommodating for us. Loved every aspect of the house. They help arranged airport transfer, chef services, bartender, excursions and always ready to respond to help us out. Cannot recommend highly enough. Must stay if in Cancun!

An incredible house. It's comfortable for the whole family. We enjoyed it a lot and all the amenities are incredible. It's very close to Chedraui, and the beach is amazing.

This place is a must rent!! When we first booked it, we knew it looked beautiful but sometimes pictures can make a place look more pretty or bigger. This place was complete opposite, the pictures didn’t do it justice! It was even more beautiful and bigger than we could have imagined. It was also the best service I’ve ever had on any trip I’ve been on starting from the day I booked it. They add you to a group chat to have free access to ask any questions you have as you are planning your trip. Their responsive time is truly impeccable and they will help you set up any service you could imagine like chefs, bartenders, massages, tables at club, transportation, yachts, etc!! I HIGHLY recommend getting the private chef and the private bartender. The food was AMAZING. It was quite the spread and more than I even imagined for such a reasonable price. The chefs were so sweet, friendly and nice too! Noah, the bartender was amazing and sweet. Rose, who cleaned up everyday after us was amazing!!

I want to thank the entire team that took care of my family and me during our time in Mexico. Starting with Rodo, our concierge, who organized everything and ensured we had an amazing stay, including decorations to celebrate a birthday. Thank you for all the suggestions and flexibility. Furthermore, Rosa and Fernando are the team who will assist you at the property, ensuring impeccable cleanliness both inside and outside the property. They were very respectful of our spaces but were available to meet any need. I definitely recommend this place and its staff for having the best possible time in Cancún. They're the best.
