Casa Magnolia is an ideal retreat for families and friends, set within a majestic garden of more than 2,000 square meters bordering the beautiful Lake of Patzcuaro.
The spacious rooms and shared areas are designed for a relaxing stay and memorable moments. The property is conveniently located near Tzintzuntzan, Quiroga, Patzcuaro, and the surrounding lake area.

A covered porch is furnished for enjoying beautiful sunsets.
Garden and Outdoor Areas
The patio and garden cover more than 2,000 square meters and include:
- Barbecue area
- Two half bathrooms
- Room-temperature children's paddling pool
Although the garden extends to Lake Patzcuaro, the lake itself cannot be accessed and is shared with the other guests.
The pool, barbecue area, and garden bathrooms are for the exclusive use of Casa Magnolia.
Guest Access
Sandunga Lago is a property consisting of four houses:
- Casa Magnolia
- Casa Anahí
- Casa Luisita
- Casa Elizabeth
Each house has its own private areas, including a campfire area and outdoor patio. However, guests should be aware of how the shared areas are arranged.
Guests staying at Casa Luisita, Casa Anahí, or Casa Elizabeth must enter the garden from the right side. The paddling pool, barbecue area, and bathrooms are exclusively for guests of Casa Magnolia.
La Pergola is available for all guests. Please clean up and dispose of any trash after use.
Additional Information
Sandunga Lago is a three-minute drive from the main property, Sandunga Cabañas Boutique. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast there with a 20% discount.
Lunch and dinner can also be ordered from Sandunga Lago for an additional delivery fee.

The house is very nice and comfortable, and the garden is very large, perfect for children to play in. The person who welcomed us was super friendly, and there is a grocery store right in front of the property where you can buy groceries. We will definitely be back. We loved it.

The place is exactly as indicated in the listing. In person, the place is much better. The facilities are very comfortable, and the weather was perfect. Although it was rainy the first day, we weren't cold. The house is very warm, Magnolia. We had a great time and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
