Architect José de Yturbe designed the home. His work includes private resorts and club spaces throughout Mexico. The layout balances spacious communal areas with more intimate spaces, allowing guests to gather comfortably while still enjoying personal privacy.

Spend the day exploring Nicaragua’s beautiful beaches, many of which are internationally known for surfing, then return to relax beside the recently renovated pool or enjoy sunset drinks on the terrace surrounded by nature.

The electrical allowance is calculated based on the number of guests at 15 kWh per person per day. Overages are charged at $0.50 per kWh.
