My husband and I loved our stay here! We were on Ambergris Caye for 1 week and did some scuba diving in the morning (shout to Belize Pro Dive Centers, highly recommend) and hung out at Three by the Sea and around San Pedro in the afternoons. Kate was so friendly and always around to help. They have a very cute cat who hung out with us on the porch a few nights. The pool was beautiful and clean, the room had excellent AC, a comfortable bed, and a huge shower. The area felt very safe and was quiet. You can easily walk to a few different restaurants, but we also rented a golf cart so we could explore downtown San Pedro (~10 min golf cart ride). Overall, could not recommend this place more! Three by the Sea was fantastic! Kate and Rob were attentive hosts and very chill. We felt right at home. Location was great as close to town but away from the city noise and busyness. Restaurants are walking distance (Rum Dog is our fave!) and Marbucks is great for coffee and breakfast. We stayed in the pool side until and loved it! It was spotless and offered beautiful wood finishings. The shower is HUGE and is slightly open to the outside so very private but with an outdoor feel. Also, lots of storage space and plenty of towels. The pool is fantastic! We loved the pool floats and spent a few chill pool days on them! Kate and Rob are great hosts. They live onsite and are very welcoming and made us feel at home. They helped us arrange a fishing trip with a local guide they know (Jewels) which was a highlight of our trip. We are already planning our trip back and will book at Three by the Sea again!

This was our first non-resort/hotel stay in San Pedro and we loved it! The property matched the description and was just what we needed. While we were not able to meet Kate, she was very responsive to messages and so was Ian who was watching over the property. We really enjoyed the location of this property and the pool was wonderfully up kept and clean. Marbucks coffee is just steps away, as is Rum Dog. The electric gates made us feel secure while still being easily accessible while coming and going. Covered parking for our golf cart was a huge perk too! Although far from enough reason to dock a star, I did find that the water was very hard. As a long-haired girl that’s something I’d like to know before booking a stay :) If one of Kate’s units is available next time we are in BZ we would definitely book again!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved Three by the Sea! the location is fantastic, with 4 great food spots nearby (Stella's, Truck Stop, and Crocs, and Marbucks). Kate is the most helpful host!!! She was frequently around or reachable and was the best source of recommendations.

This place & our host were AAAAAHMAAAAZING!! Kate & Rob picked us up from the airport with our golf cart rental. They were very helpful the ENTIRE time from recommendations, extra towels whatever we needed. The place is beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s a great location. Pretty central to everything. A lot of local food places around it was just a great time. The pool was nice and refreshing especially after spending a day at the beach and you want to continue to be in water. Thanks Kate & Rob we will definitely be back!

Airport pickup: I rented Casita 1 for five days. This experience has been so great. It all started from the airport when Mrs. Kate picked me up from the airport (San Pedro). She was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Mrs. Kate gave me free ride to her place and a tour along the way. I pretty much knew where most of the hang out, food, and store locations were before we arrive to the Airbnb. Mrs. Kate showed me the major roads and secondary ways to the property. The tour of the property went great, and she answered any questions I had. Location: Where the Airbnb is located is a nice spot north of the bridge. I loved having Marbucks breakfast so close by. For lunch I mainly went to the truck stop, The Farmhouse (great recommendation from Mrs. Kate) or the grocery store down the road. Dinner places are close by, just south toward the bridge. Gym: I really appreciate Mrs. Kate and her family having a small workout room. The treadmill was awesome and really helped me

Kate & Robert were great! It was my travel partner’s birthday and Kate & Robert went above and beyond to help me coordinate a special day for him. The location was perfectly situated close to area bars and restaurants while also being close enough to town. What a great gem in San Pedro!

This is one of the best place I stayed at. The property looks better in person. A 2 minute walk to the beach, and also Kate will make sure everything is in your need and respond very quickly. I definitely recommend and will be back again….

Rented the main house and both Casitas. Great location. Easy pick up with Kate. Would recommend and would definitely rent again.
