The pool is heated with solar panels, so its temperature depends on weather conditions. The jacuzzi has its own independent heater.

The community features a pleasant walking path around the golf course, ideal for walking or jogging.
Because of the home’s proximity to Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc, guests may also have the opportunity to use the hotel’s golf course, subject to availability and the hotel’s conditions.
Massage services can be arranged at the house for an additional fee and with advance reservation.
Guest Access
For everyone’s safety, adult guests must present a valid official identification document to the security staff upon entering the community. Accepted documents include a passport or other government-issued identification.
The vehicle registration document must also be presented for any vehicle entering the community.
These requirements are part of the community’s security measures.

We had an amazing stay ✨ My family and I really enjoyed the place: it's super comfortable, very quiet, and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The warm pool was definitely the best part 🏊♀️ The service also deserves a special mention—always attentive, friendly, and very helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Much better than in the photos. Very easy to get to from CDMX, very safe and nice subdivision. The service and attention of the first-class support staff. Everyone liked the excellent food preparation. Overall we had a great few days, I'm sure we'll be back soon. Thank you

The pool was a very pleasant temperature and the staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. Our entire stay was very pleasant and the pool table allowed us to add more fun. We'll be back for sure.

It is located in a nice and private subdivision that feels very safe. Supermarket and shops are nearby. The house is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious, each with its own full bathroom. It has many things to entertain you: a good size pool, large garden, frontenis, jacuzzi, tumbling and volleyball net. The attention of Javier, Rosario and Brenda was exceptional, they are very friendly, helpful and the food they cooked for us was delicious. We really rested with them there. Although the house has some minor maintenance details, it is perfect for a family vacation.
