CASA DEL PRADO is conveniently located in Managua’s Carretera a Masaya area, close to supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, and other everyday essentials.

• 15 minutes to Galerías Santo Domingo Mall and downtown Managua

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire residence.

The community parks and swimming pool are available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. These are shared spaces, and private resident events may occasionally take place in the clubhouse near the pool.

Additional Information

• This home is located in a gated community. All guests must present identification at the entrance.
• Minor temporary roadwork may take place outside the residential area in August 2026.
• The pool is maintained once a week and will be unavailable during maintenance hours.
• The air-conditioning units use condensate pumps to automatically remove water generated during operation. These pumps may occasionally produce a slight sound, which is normal.

Additional Services

The following services are available for an additional charge:

1. Airport transfers: Pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport.
2. Cleaning services: Regular or one-time cleaning during the stay, or cleaning upon request.
3. Grocery shopping: Pre-stocking or restocking the property with groceries or specific items requested by guests.
