Everything about our stay at José David’s place was excellent. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail to make guests feel at home and ensure a comfortable stay. Communication with José David was outstanding from beginning to end—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the clubhouse and pool, they looked like great amenities for guests with a longer stay. The only downside was the surrounding neighborhood, which didn’t leave the best first impression. That said, we appreciated that the community is gated with security guards who were attentive and strict about controlling access. That added a sense of safety and peace of mind during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend the home to others looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Realmente muy bueno el lugar. Relativamente cerca de todo lo que uno necesita. Comunidad con garita, casa en perfecto estado y una atención de primera porque viajamos con dos niños (uno de 12 días de nacido) y nos acomodaron para que no nos faltara nada. Realmente extraordinario!

Jose David es un muy buen anfitrión! Lastimosamente, encontramos su Airbnb muy tarde en nuestras búsquedas ya que si no, obviamente nos hubiéramos quedado ahí en toda nuestro viaje a Nicaragua!! Algo que nos era muuuy importante era lo aseado del lugar donde nos íbamos a hospedar pues íbamos por primera vez con nuestra bebe! Al entrar, la casa olía muy limpia, pisos limpios y los baños se miraban que acababan de limpiarse. Jose David contestaba rápidamente los mensajes. Es un anfitrión digno de confianza! Cuando intentamos llegar unos dias antes de las fechas reservadas (pues salíamos de otra reservación en la cual nuestra experiencia fue completamente diferente), Jose David nos propuso una alternativa de hospedaje para ayudarnos ya que este no estaba disponible. Hasta nos quiso acomodarnos encontrándonos comodidades para nuestra niña : ahí ya había ganado nuestra confianza al 100! En otras palabras, no dudaría en regresar en cualquiera de sus airbnbs.
