An excellent place to enjoy the holidays. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. Rosy is always helpful. We would definitely like to book it again...

Rosy was super responsive and helped me a lot with getting around and enjoying our stay. Ms. Lupita, who was at the front desk, was the best and supported us a lot. Note: You must purchase the water bottle at the reception desk.

The place matches the photos, but some furniture does need maintenance because it's a bit old. The living room is very hot since there's no air conditioning; it's only in the bedrooms. Rosy is very friendly and is always attentive to messages. The condominium manager is unfriendly, and we feel his constant surveillance. The pool deck furniture also needs maintenance. One table looked like it was going to fall over. The condo itself needs renovation because the building looks a bit old.

Excellent location and family atmosphere; the beach is just a short walk from the condo, so there's no need to go to other beaches. The facilities are impeccable, and the condominium staff are very friendly and attentive.

We were 2 families with big and small children, they loved the condo beach and the pool. In general, the building and apartments are not new, but everything is well maintained. Rosy was very friendly at all times, we booked on the same day and she attended to us in less than an hour, very friendly and helpful from the first moment.

The pool is great, you can’t swim in the sea since it’s for surfers big waves. The apartment has refurbished bathrooms are good but kitchen beds and all rooms honestly are old. Curtains in the main bedroom are broken. It has AC and it’s great but not in the living room so if you love humidity during dinner or lunch inside the apartment this is for you. And if you will not stay inside the apartment most of the time it’s ok. But I was expecting better from the pictures. She should use what Airbnb charges to paint or adapt AC living room or change curtains, or new sheets in all beds.

Rosy is very friendly. Before booking the space, I contacted her to confirm that there was an elevator. Communication is extraordinary, always attentive and responding very kindly. The place is worth it to be quiet, enjoying the view and the sea. It is important to mention that it is called "Olas Altas" and the sea is more "choppy" in that area. Everything was great. Thanks again
