1- breath taking views 2- MUCH BETTER than photos in Airbnb listing. Usually other way around 3- AC WiFi hot water everything works 4- very helpful & friendly & responsive host 5- kitchen is fully equipped. We found everything we need 6- security man on site 24 hours a day. When we had to go airport @3am he even woke up and unlocked steel gates for us . 7- beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE, I can say HIGHEST QUALITY BEDS IN NICARAGUA 🇳🇮. We slept like babies 🤣🤣🤣

Maria’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation with small children. Charming, quiet and short walk to the restaurants and bars! The pool was also incredible and a big hit with the kids. It was a little tricky to find but the host was communicative and helped us find it.

My family and I loved Maria’s place!The views were unbeatable and she was very helpful with anything we needed! The place was stocked with basically everything you may need for your stay! It was a nice walk down to the beach very close and we walked to the downtown which was about 15 ish minutes so not bad at all!

MarÃa’s place was perfect for us. Although it was a little above our budget, we loved the location, privacy, the cleanliness and friendliness of cleaning and security staff. We spent much time in the pool and walking to the beach, and made much use of the fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was available. Thanks Maria!
