The Space

Villa Solana is a stunning modern Italian-style home featuring an open-air design that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living areas. Large glass doors open onto the infinity pool and patio lounge, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertaining.

This villa is situated in the peaceful beachside neighborhood of Golondrinas within the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, just a three-minute walk from the beach.

The villa offers spacious interiors filled with natural light and accommodates up to 15 guests across five bedrooms. Note that the fifth bedroom shares a bathroom with the main house and does not have a private ensuite.

The fully equipped modern Italian kitchen and two living rooms with TVs provide ample space for gatherings. Additional amenities include:

The villa is located just 100 meters from a private beach within Hacienda Pinilla and within walking distance to Playa Mansita at the JW Marriott. Guests receive access to the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla beach club through a corporate membership, which includes amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, and a gym.

Rates cover up to 10 guests, with an additional fee per guest beyond the tenth, up to the maximum occupancy. Please include the total number of guests when booking to receive an accurate quote.

This luxury five-bedroom home accommodates up to 15 guests and is spread over two floors, providing privacy and space for multiple families.

Bedroom layout:

• Master bedroom (upstairs): King bed
• Second bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed
• Third bedroom (upstairs): Three single beds and a trundle twin bed (two twins combined to form a queen-size bed)
• Fourth bedroom (downstairs): Two twin beds combined to create a king-size bed
• Fifth bedroom (detached): King bed, queen bed bunk, and office desk

The villa is designed for relaxed family vacations, with attention to detail creating a welcoming atmosphere near the beach in Costa Rica.

Recent additions include a wellness center with a modern ice bath, sauna room, and outdoor workout space.

Additional Information

• No smoking allowed anywhere on the property; penalties apply for violations.
• This is not a party house.
• Enclosed carport for one vehicle and driveway parking for two cars.
• Two outdoor showers: one near the carport for cleaning surfboards and another by the ping pong area.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in receive a full refund minus non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 3.9%).
• Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Community Guidelines

Villa Solana is located in a private, gated community primarily inhabited by full-time residents and families. A strict noise policy is enforced between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

This property is ideal for groups of adults and families who respect community rules. It is not suitable for parties or large events. Excessive noise or unauthorized events will result in eviction without a refund.
