Bedroom Layout

• Master bedroom: King bed, ocean and pool views, private office, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower, air conditioning, safe, and television.
• Two junior bedrooms: One queen bed in each, private entrances, en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers, views of the koi pool, air conditioning, desks, and safes.
• Family bedroom: Three bunk beds accommodating up to six adults or nine children, private entrance, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, desk, safe, and television.
• Fifth bedroom on the top floor: Queen bed and bunk bed, private entrance, kitchenette, private bathroom, safe, and closet.

The villa accommodates up to 16 adults or 10 adults and 8 children.

Casa Arrecife is nestled in Costa Rica’s tropical environment, where guests may occasionally encounter local insects. These harmless visitors are part of the region’s exceptional biodiversity and the vibrant ecosystem surrounding the property.

From the terrace or while walking along the reef-lined shore, you may see howler monkeys moving through the treetops, iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks, pelicans diving for fish, and parrots flying overhead. At low tide, the reef reveals tide pools where you can spot crabs, small fish, and other marine life along the shoreline.
