The Space
Condo 10 is our most affordable ground floor apartment, located close to the main road. It is one of four ground floor units designed to comfortably accommodate two couples. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed.
This unit includes:
- Fast Wi-Fi
- Mini-split air conditioning
- Full-size washer and dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Pet-friendly policy allowing two small or medium-sized pets
Please note that the pool directly in front of this condo is closed until August 31. However, there are two other pools available for use.
Location and Pricing
Because Condo 10 is near the main road, it is priced lower than other units. During periods of high demand, such as winter and July, selecting this budget-friendly option likely means no upgrades will be available. Choosing this unit involves a trade-off between price and location.
Additional Options
Another ground floor unit, Condo 25, is also near the main road but situated slightly farther away. It offers better furnishings, a medium-sized patio, and a private barbecue area. Condo 25 is just a short walk from a pool.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Shared community facilities include:

The condo was nice and pretty much as listed. Pool was lovely and refreshing, very well maintained. Only downsides are a noisy highway nearby and a non-functioning dishwasher. We messaged Robert about the dishwasher and he replied, "Not in my lane." He did say he would send someone about it but no one ever came and we just did dishes by hand. Not a huge issue, but not what we were led to expect.

Excellent place in Guanacaste, despite the high prices for the season, the place is cozy, it has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach and the host maintained excellent communication, helping with every question that was asked
