Overview
Condo 10 is our lowest-priced first-floor apartment. Although it offers a large patio, a private barbecue, outdoor dining furniture, and a private setting near a family pool, it is also located close to the main road.
The apartment is quieter than most accommodations inside Tamarindo, but some road noise is possible. Guests who are sensitive to noise may prefer to pay more for one of our other apartments.

The Space
Condo 10 is our most affordable unit because of its proximity to the main road. During periods of high occupancy, including winter and July, guests who select this unit should not expect an upgrade. The lower price reflects its location.
This is one of four ground-floor units with sleeping arrangements suitable for two couples. Another option is Condo 25, which is also near the main road but located slightly farther away and furnished to a higher standard. Condo 25 includes a medium-sized patio, a private barbecue, and is only a very short walk from a pool.

The condo was nice and pretty much as listed. Pool was lovely and refreshing, very well maintained. Only downsides are a noisy highway nearby and a non-functioning dishwasher. We messaged Robert about the dishwasher and he replied, "Not in my lane." He did say he would send someone about it but no one ever came and we just did dishes by hand. Not a huge issue, but not what we were led to expect.

Excellent place in Guanacaste, despite the high prices for the season, the place is cozy, it has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach and the host maintained excellent communication, helping with every question that was asked
