The villa was great, very comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Pictures do not even do justice to the incredible view. We loved the outdoor/BBQ area every afternoon/evening. We traveled with two children of 15 and 12 years old and both grand parents, and we were very comfortable. Lots of space. We would definitely book here again if we return to Coco.

NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN. It is on a steep cliff and the railings are all loose. The tile by the pool is a slip and slide. My husband and brother both fell within 30 minutes. I was handed a list of precautions for theft and told not to leave anything of value by the windows. Lissa wasn’t punctual or friendly. I ended up leaving the 1st night and renting somewhere else. When I told Lissa my concerns, she just said “oh I understand “ that’s it. Lol 😂 Gorgeous views and huge rooms. Just not for kids or older folks. And Zindis is not my favorite management company just yet.

This is a beautiful house in a fabulous location, and the view can't be beat. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable for our extended family of ten. Our Zindis house manager was responsive, personable and professional. A truly fantastic stay.

Wonderful place. Beautiful location. Lots of walking - super close to a hiking path. Gorgeous pool. Chef service they recommended was excellent. Only notes are the apartment bathroom on the bottom floor is pretty basic and there is a substantial overcharge for groceries.
