The space Each apartment is unique in its design and atmosphere, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Managua , with a privileged climate, surrounded by mountains overlooking Lake Managua and the volcano , close to the most important shopping centers such as shopping center Galleries of Santo Domingo , the best restaurants , as well as supermarkets and shops, financial centers and nightlife of the city. Guest access Guest will have acces to the pool , the patio ,terrace, and gym Other things to note AC is available in the room If your usage exceeds 15kw / daily use there will be a surcharge of $0.40 per kw. However, for most people's needs, 15 kw daily should provide enough AC to be comfortable.!! For extended stays we offer cleaning the house , changing linens and towels for US $ 20.00 ea.

The room had poor lighting. Instead of being a pleasant place, it was uncomfortable to be inside. The outdoor spaces were very nice

Our stay was amazing! The place exceeded all our expectations. Everything was impeccable, tidy and cozy, we felt right at home, the apartment is in a condominium with additional features such as the small pool that is located in the middle of a beautiful garden, you will not want to miss the opportunity to relax in it while the afternoon falls and the sun gently illuminates its surroundings, the location is privileged with restaurants and very pleasant night activity in the immediate vicinity, it is very close to main roads and 30 minutes from the Airport. Definitely a place for those looking for a place to stay that makes a difference in Nicaragua. I highly recommend them and we were eager to repeat the experience 100 times more!!

The place is nice… no A/C in the common area, just bedroom, but the place was nice. Refrigerator was off so I was not able to cool drinks or water. But everything else was perfectly fine.

We stayed at a few places in Monagua and this was the nicest. We did have ants all over, but the hosts gave us some spray that helped a lot. The hosts were amazing in understanding that we were trying to get a bus to Guatemala and they allowed us to check out a day early as we finally got tickets. The hosts also found us a ride at 12:30 am to the bus station. We are very grateful for their help and enjoyed our stay.

Based off nightly rates in Managua this place is you best bang for your buck. Large. Great mountain air. Decent kitchen. Safe area. Nice staff

Grethel & Ed's place is at a perfect location in Managua. Their place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Grethal & Ed were also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.
