The property is located directly on the waterfront. Thanks to the tropical climate and proximity to the ocean, the common living area benefits from excellent natural ventilation and remains cool most of the time. A ceiling fan is also available.
The area is equipped with a high-capacity air-conditioning system. If you would like to use it, there is an additional charge of $900 pesos per night.
This fee covers careful electricity usage and equipment maintenance due to the salinity typical of coastal locations.
Please confirm before arrival if you would like to use the air-conditioning service so that payment transfer details can be provided. This charge is separate from the fee paid through Airbnb, and the system can be arranged before your arrival.

We visited Mexico for medical treatment for our young daughter and decided to rent a house on the beach and bring our whole family nieces and nephews included and are so happy that we did. The house was so beautiful and clean everything we expected and more. The host was very helpful and responsive. Ac worked great and the views were just breathtaking.

I had the opportunity to spend 3 days in the house, and I enjoyed it and had a great time. It is a house designed to enjoy the ocean views, pool and relaxation. Recommended if you have a plan to relax and chill. The rooms are amazing. Just note that there is no room on the ground floor. We had no problem with it. And the view of the ocean from the bedrooms is a delight.
