The apartment was designed to maximize natural light. Sliding glass doors connect the interior with the surrounding nature at Villas Humana.

The apartment also features a balcony with beautiful views of the Santa Teresa mountains. Guests may occasionally see howler monkeys passing by, as Villas Humana is designed to exist in harmony with nature.

Guest Access
The access road to Villas Humana was under repair, with completion planned for December 15, 2024. For reservations before that date, the use of a four-wheel-drive vehicle was recommended.
After December 15, 2024, access to Villas Humana is via a new cobblestone street, making it accessible by any type of vehicle.
Laundry Service
- Laundry service is included for stays longer than 14 nights.
- Guests staying fewer than 14 nights may request laundry service for $10 per wash.
- For stays longer than 14 nights, laundry may be used up to twice per week.

Lovely place with swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and nice chill area. The only downside is that if you don’t have a car or an atv then it’s a pretty step and long walk so I recommend having an atv or a car when you rent this place! Other than that 10/10 😊

Natalia es muy amable y soluciona, el apartamento ocupa mantenimiento y fumigación, el parqueo es en la calle, sin embargo, el lugar es seguro y acogedor

El apartamento es lindo y limpio, muy acorde a las imágenes. La atención de Natalia es muy rápida y ella es súper amable, nos ayudó con los problemas que tuvimos como el aire acondicionado o el abastecimiento de agua. Sin embargo, para ser un apartamento diseñado para cuarto personas, la zona de la cocina no cuenta con suficientes sillas y podría mejorar el equipamiento en general. Además, para llegar al airbnb sería mejor optar por un auto 4x4 ya que el camino es complicado para un automóvil bajo y para caminar es empinado y complejo. El lado positivo es que superamos la meta de los pasos diarios durante la estadía.

Me encantó el alojamiento y Natalia respondía todo rapidísimo. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que sin 4x4 no se puede llegar y la cocina le falta un poco de equipamiento pero el resto impecable.

Superbra boende, väldigt lyxigt och fint. Den enda nackdelen var en mycket brant backe upp och ner till playa Santa Teresa och stan. Annars var läget perfekt. Vägen ner på morgonen (12 min) var ju inga problem men backen upp (17min) efter en dag på stranden kunde vara kämpig. Dock kan man vända på det och se det som trevlig motion. Generellt var det ett bra läge, nära till mycket och lugnt. Värden var supersnabb på att svara och väldigt trevlig. Tack.
