Experience a peaceful stay surrounded by jungle in this three-bedroom, four-bathroom home. The third bedroom is located in a private two-story loft adjacent to the main house. This property is part of a collection of five uniquely styled homes designed to accommodate groups ranging from small parties to up to 50 guests. Each home can be rented individually or together. When multiple homes are booked simultaneously, gates between properties can be opened to create a large shared outdoor space.
Only registered guests staying in the homes are permitted entry to the neighborhood.

Additional Information
- Housekeeping service is provided every other day unless otherwise requested.
- Construction noise may be present due to nearby development. Expected hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No construction occurs on Sundays. Rental prices reflect this potential disturbance.
- To conserve energy, please turn off all air conditioning units when not in the house.
- Beach and pool towels are supplied. A fee will be charged for any lost or damaged towels.
- Smoking or vaping inside the house is prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated.
- Drinking water is provided, and water and ice from the refrigerator are safe to consume.
- Laundry detergent is provided for the washer and dryer located on the rooftop.
- No parties are allowed. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially after 11:00 p.m.
- Valuables should be stored in the safe inside the house.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

Great stay overall the concierge Gaby and house manager Damien where excellent!! All of our guest has a great stay and they both went above and beyond to accommodate not just myself but all of our guests coordinating transport for each of them to and from the airport. Amazing customer service!!

Ein wundervolles Haus, sauber und groß mit einem eigenen Gästehaus. Es ist perfekt gelegen, sehr sicher und die Kommunikation zu Gaby und Damien ist wirklich toll! Wir hatten an einem Abend eine Köchin da, unglaublich lecker! Danke für Alles - wir kommen wieder. ♥️

My family and I had so much fun in this home. The home is in a nice location and it’s so peaceful and about 7 minute drive to the beach. We rented a vehicle so we were able to explore the town. Michelle quickly responded to my questions while booking the property and her team Damian and Gaby were awesome. Both of them were so friendly and approachable. Gaby responded all my questions and Damian was very helpful, he went above and beyond to assist us. I truly recommend renting this beautiful home. Thank you Michelle and staff once again. :)

We had a wonderful family vacation at Michelle’s home. The house was clean, modern, and located in a safe, gated community. The concierge (Gaby) and property manager (Damian) were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They came by to welcome us in person, dropped off umbrellas and towels, and made great recommendations for transportation, a private chef, and beach clubs. Thank you to the amazing team 🙏🏻 ❤️.

10/10 on the stay at this property. Let me start off by saying the property itself is absolutely breath taking. The main and loft houses exudes minimalist, indie and boho vibes. It is also at the end of a cul-de-sac and feels so private. Additionally, not once did my party ever feel unsafe while staying here (mind you I came here with 5 other women and our main priority was safety). The property is in a gated community and the houses are protected by a digital passcode. 10/10 on the support and assistance throughout our whole stay. Gaby was our concierge and she helped us book things from excursions to, bike rentals, to ensuring our groceries were delivered. Thank you so much Gaby for all of your help!! Damian was our maintenance manager and he was so extremely hospitable throughout our stay. Damian assisted with giving the “lay of the land” when we first arrived as well as making sure we had fresh water. Additionally we had an issue with one of our shower heads and within 20 minutes, Damian came with support to fix the problem. I have never had an AirBnB experience like this. You cannot get service like this anywhere else! I highly recommend staying in one of Michelle’s properties on your next trip to Tulum!

Michelle & Gaby made our trip to Tulum so easy and stress-free. We stayed at Michelle’s AirBnb for a bachelorette trip with 9 girls total and everything was absolutely perfect. The AirBnb was clean, spacious, and supplied with all of our needs. Gaby helped set up transport, gave recommendations on where to eat, and always responded in a timely manner. The AirBnb was in a highly secured neighborhood, which helped ease the stress of traveling international. I will certainly book with Michelle if I am ever in Tulum again, and cannot recommend staying here enough!
