The property is approximately seven minutes from the beach and five minutes from downtown Tulum.

This home is part of a collection of five residences designed to accommodate groups ranging from small gatherings to as many as 50 guests. Each home has its own style and décor, and the properties may be rented individually or together. When multiple homes are booked, the gates between them can be opened to create a larger shared outdoor area.

Guest Access

La Privada is a gated community with 24-hour security. Only registered guests staying in the subdivision are granted access. Guests must present the provided QR code and identification at the entrance.

Guests have access to:

• A lounge bed and sitting area
• The rooftop pool
• The washer and dryer
• A parking space
• The La Privada clubhouse
• The community pool
• The paddle tennis court

The clubhouse, community pool, and paddle tennis court are shared with other La Privada residents.

Additional Information

• Housekeeping is provided every other day unless otherwise requested.
• Tulum is a growing community, and construction is inevitable. A new development is being built near La Privada, so some construction noise may occur during your stay. Expected construction hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No construction is scheduled on Sundays. The property rate has been adjusted to account for this potential noise.
• To help conserve energy, please turn off all air-conditioning units when you are not in the house.
• Beach and pool towels are provided. A fee will be charged for towels that are damaged or lost at the end of the stay.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
• Drinking water is provided. The water and ice from the refrigerator are safe to drink.
• The washer and dryer are located on the rooftop, and some detergent is provided.
• Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors and avoid playing loud music outdoors after 11:00 p.m.
• Keep valuables in the safe inside the house.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
