Important Details

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is six people, including adults and children, unless authorized by the lessor. Arriving at Casa Graciela with more than six people without prior authorization will result in denied check-in and no refund.

Damage Protection

Your booking automatically includes a damage-protection policy covering up to $1,500 for minor accidental damage during your stay. If damage is determined to be willful or negligent, an additional charge based on the damage may apply.

Noise and Parties

Parties and loud noise are not permitted. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from noise-monitoring software, or any other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and potential legal action if authorities are involved.

Construction

El Cantil is a vibrant, premier oceanfront property that may occasionally undergo construction upgrades to improve the guest experience. Construction is generally limited to one unit per building at a time and takes place only between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Local Celebrations and Events

Local celebrations and events may occasionally take place in Cozumel and can sometimes continue late into the night. Examples include Mexico Independence Day in September and Carnaval, which typically takes place over four weeks from late January through early February.
