Our experience was excellent and it is definitely an accommodation that I would recommend and to which I would return in the future. The house has spacious areas, a very pleasant and functional layout, and lighting that makes all the spaces feel very cozy. The pool is a very good size, and the spacious gardens allow you to enjoy the outdoor areas a lot. I would especially like to highlight Ramón's service. He was always attentive and willing to help us when we needed it, making our stay much more comfortable. I would also like to thank him for the extra care he gave my family. As a recommendation for future guests, it is important to consider that this is the host's own home, so instructions will be shared to keep the spaces clean and tidy during their stay. Personally, we found it to be totally reasonable and easy to follow, and it helps keep the house in excellent condition.

The accommodation is comfortable, but we feel that the experience does not match the cost of the stay (more than $13,000 MXN). There are quite a few restrictions, including detailed inventories and some locked drawers and closets. On the other hand, upon arrival we were asked to feed a pet that was not mentioned in the listing description. This seemed problematic to us since a member of the group is allergic and we were not consulted beforehand. As for maintenance, they went to clean the pool on Saturday, but they didn't come on Sunday. Finally, after a minor accident with three broken glasses and a chlorine stain on the kitchen mat, the replacement costs seemed disproportionate to us, considering that it is not logical to place a mat that gets damaged by cleaning products in the sink area. We believe the service lacks a more hospitable and flexible approach.

Ramos's house is very beautiful. Everything is quiet. It's a residential development with a lot of security. Everything was very good. The pool is very large. The water is at a very good temperature from early on. Just bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The pool does have a lot of chlorine and it does burn your eyes, but apart from that, everything is very good. They also have a kitten that showed up there, and they feed her. They ask you as a favor if you can give her food, which they leave out. The kitten is very friendly. The service from Mr. Ramón and his wife is very good. They still have an inventory of what they leave and the value of each item, so if you break something, you will be charged at the end. But everything was great. Thank you, Mr. Ramos, and thank you to your wife for opening the doors of your home.

Lola's house is nice, very clean, as described. Our host was very friendly and very attentive. We were very happy. If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would only say that it would be excellent if the living room had air conditioning, as well as the bedroom next to the office. Everything else, we loved it!!! On behalf of my family and myself, thank you very much.

An amazing place to stay; my family and I had a great time. Highly recommended. The pool is amazing, and the heat pump works perfectly. I just wouldn't recommend it in the hot season, as it really gets very hot; with the solar panels, the pool temperature is great, even at night. Very nice facilities, rooms, and garden. We brought a pet, and there was also enough space. We were all very happy. Our hosts were always attentive, answering our questions and taking care of every detail. I highly recommend it for a quiet family stay. We'll definitely be back. 😊
